Very nice stay, we will be coming back:) Just 2 notes: Maintenance of air conditioners cleaning filters and indoor units due to signs of mold. Change the fridge which is too small, it works but the fridge was without door and generates ice which makes the fridge space still minimal.

We had a pleasant stay in this functional apartment, ideally located on the seafront. The different terraces offer beautiful views of the sea and the city of Mahdia, a real asset. The apartment was clean and the residence was secure, which is very reassuring. Only small downsides: no microwave and no air conditioning in one bedroom. However, it didn't spoil our overall experience. We recommend it 100/100!

Our stay was lovely. The large, very suitable, bright, well-equipped apartment, with a beautiful sea view, within walking distance. We sincerely thank the people who hosted us on the property. Mahdia and its surroundings are definitely one of the best regions in Tunisia. We'll be happy to go back as a family. Our stay at Mehdia's villa was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were dazzled by the exceptional proximity to the beach - just 100 meters walk away, it was like having our own corner of paradise at your fingertips. The villa itself is spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated, offering magnificent ocean views from several of its rooms. The attention to cleanliness was remarkable, and modern amenities made our stay so much easier. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our meals while admiring the breathtaking view of the waves. The rooms were welcoming, with cozy beds that offered us nights of restful sleep. However, what really made the difference for us is the warm hospitality of the hosts. Always available and willing to share their local knowledge, they helped make our stay even more memorable.

We had an unforgettable stay at this villa this summer. The accommodation was not only comfortable and impeccably clean, but also very well equipped, offering all the necessities to have a good time in peace. The location was ideal, with a beautiful and soothing setting, perfect for relaxing. Special mention to our host, who was extremely welcoming and attentive, always available to answer our questions. A place that aspires to tranquility was at rest. A few cables from a beautiful beach with turquoise waters, the house offers calm and remains conducive to rest. Our hosts were very responsive and attentive. We will come back!

We only stayed one night, but the apartment was great for our purposes, and was clean and comfortable. It is right on the beach in an area that is still being developed. Communication and assistandlce fron Ahmed was excellent.

The place was spotlessly clean and very cozy – exactly as described. The hostess was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available for questions. Mounir is a very friendly and responsive host,the estate is very beautiful ,the studio is large with beautiful veranda. just a little effort to equip it better. excellent value for money.
