New Luxury Apartment in Mahdia

We had a pleasant stay at Salim's in Mahdia. The accommodation is close to historic monuments and shops on foot. The apartment is located in a peaceful area and residence. We were hosted very well by Salim's uncle as well as his wife. I would highly recommend it. The beach for a summer stay is a 3-minute walk away.

The apartment is on the top floor (4th floor incl. Elevator) on the south/west side and has a huge balcony with great views all the way to the sea. The living room is huge with attached, open kitchen. In the living room there is a spacious sitting area with sofa bed sufficient for 2 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped including a oven. The spacious bedroom has its own separate bathroom with shower/toilet. There is another bathroom with bath/toilet to the living/kitchen area. There is air conditioning in the living room as well as the bedroom. There is even a separate heater in all rooms (floor heating with hot water). The bed is big and I slept great. All windows including balcony access can be electrically darkened. If you arrive by car, you will find private parking directly in front of and next to the building. Sitting on the balcony in the evening and enjoying the sunset is phenomenal! - Clear recommendation for everyone! (*****)

Amazing view of the sea from both main bedrooms and balcony. Lovely seafront promenade that brings you to the historic Medina in 10 minutes. If you continue on you won’t be dissapointed with the gorgeous walk around the inlet, past the lighthouse, cemetery, and fortress. Apartment located outside of the tourist areas, but within a 10 minute walk to everything. I can’t stress how amazing the view of the sea is from this apartment.

We had a pleasant stay in this functional apartment, ideally located on the seafront. The different terraces offer beautiful views of the sea and the city of Mahdia, a real asset. The apartment was clean and the residence was secure, which is very reassuring. Only small downsides: no microwave and no air conditioning in one bedroom. However, it didn't spoil our overall experience. We recommend it 100/100!

We had a wonderful weekend in a charming vacation apartment, right by the water. The warm welcome from Mrs. Imen and Mr. Younes who were always available and caring, made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment, spacious and bright, offered beautiful sea views and was perfectly equipped for our comfort. A true haven of peace. Our kids enjoyed the beach. The rooms were comfortable, and every detail was taken care of, with quality products and board games to keep the kids entertained. In short, this stay was a real delight, and thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the hosts, we had an unforgettable time. We'll probably be back this summer!

It's not possible in the language of this world to say compliments about the place and the owner. They are so kind and wonderful. I was always in the customer's shoes and helped them feel comfortable.The place was very clean and tidy. The surrounding environment is also good. As a foreigner, I introduced and participated in their culture. They took a boat with them, went to the sea, and invited lunch. They took care of their alone customers like family. I was comfortable and happy as if I went to a relative's house for 3 days and 2 nights. I didn't meet a friend there, I met my family. I will never forget it. I will definitely be going back next time.

Thanks for the good stay. Kais was always available as well as Ali if you needed something. The apartment is clean and big. And there are plenty of cafes nearby. We recommend it.
