It's a separate apartment on the ground floor with a window looking at the park of the city's water company. The apartment is 33 m2 and it has hi-speed WiFi. We don't smoke or keep pets in the apartment, we would like you to join us in this. The apartment has space for a maximum of 3 people: a double bed (140x200) and a bendable sofa (120x190),

Close to the center of Pécs, a comfortably furnished and well-equipped modern apartment with free WIFI, free parking, and non-smoking rooms awaits its guests. Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

Az apartman Pécs főterétől alig 150 méterre található. Kialakításánál igyekeztünk figyelembe venni, hogy a vendég itt tartózkodása alatt minden igényét kielégítse. Többi apartmanunkhoz hasonlóan itt is próbáltunk egyedi dizájnt létrehozni és úgy érezzük ez sikerült is, de ezt ne mi döntsük el. Gyere, próbáld ki ! :)
