The house has a 22.27-m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, gas stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, 2 coffee makers), a shower room with bath towels, and a 16.48-m² bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a baby cot.
