Lakefront Cabin is 30ft. from the seawall, has a pedal boat to use if desired, EV Charger, level 2 available, bring life jackets (lake is lowered in the winter, can’t use pedal boat or fish).Cabin has 2 bedrooms with kings, 2 baths (one with tub/shower and the other walk in shower), washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, 2 electric fireplaces, firepit outside, picnic table, patio table, charcoal grill and a swing close to the lake. We have many return guests that call cabin "A LITTLE PARADISE”

Our home is a level lot just feet from Balboa Lake, the largest lake in the village. The Village has eight well maintained golf courses and several lakes. We are surrounded by trees which turn magnificent colors in the fall. We are on paved roads and you will have no trouble accessing us. There is a great tennis facility with 12 clay courts and pickle ball courts are also available. The beach area is near us.

This Home has 4 Bedrooms including a King, 2 Queen beds and 2 Bunk Beds (2 full and 2 twin). This is the perfect house for a family getaway. Cozy and comfortable one minute from I-30 but in a safe quiet neighborhood close to everything in central Arkansas! Movie theater and all kinds of restaurants within 2-3 minutes away. Extra driveway to park boat if going to the lakes in Hot Springs. Close to Little Rock if touring there! Washer, Dryer, central heat and air. Fenced in back yard with fire pit to enjoy!!

We enjoyed our stay. The location is isolated enough to have privacy and a relaxing environment but convenient to everything we needed in Hot Springs. We didn't have any problems or need anything but Marci was great about checking to see if everything was ok and making sure we got settled in. Would definitely stay here again.

The Green Apple A-Frame is a keeper. Whenever we come to Hot Springs, it will be at the top of my list. It is close but not too close to HS. It’s maybe a 15-20 easy drive to get downtown. The house came with everything we needed. To cut some expenses, we cooked 2 out of our 3 meals. The house had all the things we needed. The beds were comfortable and we slept well to prepare for the nexts day’s activities. Overall five stars.
