The house was really very nice, there was everything we needed, including cold drinks in the fridge, pasta, coffee, shampoo in the shower. The house was very clean and super hospitable, with a really nice courtyard. Giuliano is a very nice and friendly guy, really a nice person. I hope we'll see each other again soon 😊

This is a fantastic apartment. Perfect for two couples. Luciana and Fabio are very friendly and welcoming people. The apartment is very well-equipped and furnished. It is in a great location, close to the fortress and several highly recommended restaurants. We've been there twice and we'll do it again.

A peaceful oasis near the most beautiful beaches in Tuscany. Francesca is a discreet and friendly host. The apartment is in the middle of the enchanted countryside of the Maremma, overlooking the field of sunflowers and the beautiful dahlias in front of the entrance. Perfect relaxing stay. We felt very comfortable. After minor problems on arrival, Paolo's tip to drive up the side street to the public garbage containers was very helpful. Google Maps first led us out into the open field. Overall, the accommodation is a great starting point for various excursions.

Sere and Sara's house is very comfortable, equipped with everything and spacious. Very clean, in a side street to a beautiful typical Tuscan square where there is a bar a stone's throw away for every need. Great restaurants on the doorstep. We felt at home, the surroundings are very beautiful and it is close to the island of Giglio, Porto Santo Stefano, Pitigliano and Sorano. We were able to spend 3 beautiful days in the Maremma and at the sea. Sara was very kind and provided us with all the necessary information. I recommend this beautiful accommodation to everyone!

The place Andrea offers is amazing, close to nature, so if you want to relax and unwind from the hustle and bustle of the city, I highly recommend it. Andrea made me feel at home and I'd love to visit her again.

We loved staying at Alessio's place. It's even better looking in real life. The views, the space. The little things such as having coffee and a little breakfast ready for you. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

Giancarlo’s place in Tuscany is a gem with incredible views a comfortable home and great access to the surroundings which are special and unique! Would recommend renting a car to visit the area.

Great experience. The apartment is very spacious, very clean and equipped with all the essentials. We felt at home, there was really everything you need for a good stay. The apartment is even nicer than the photos. The owner is very kind and always available. We had a great time, highly recommended!

Beatrice's house is very hospitable and has all the comforts. Very close to the small center of Albinia, some essential activities are within walking distance. Strategically located, in about 15 minutes you can reach Orbetello or Porto Santo Stefano. Having visited in Winter we did not take advantage of the beaches, which turn out to be very close. The house is not equipped with central heating but a heat pump allows you to easily heat the apartment. Beatrice's house is perfect as a base to visit the beautiful towns in the area in all seasons!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

The villa was perfect for us. Lovely bedrooms, great patio and a fairly large space for a family of 5. The area was beautiful; lots of coves and beaches a short drive away. The children were disappointed that the pool did not open until 15 June but we had a great time exploring which we wouldn’t have done so much if the pool was open.

Amazin relaxation! Great space, gorgeous view, and they even have an electric charging station!

We spent magical days at Ulla's. The beautiful house, the loving furnishings, the fantastic pool and the beautiful surroundings... all this has done us so much good. The view from the terrace is sensational. You can take beautiful excursions if you want, hike, experience culture, visit cities or restaurants. Ulla had provided us with documents with lots of tips. Time flew by. If you really want to relax, you are in good hands here. We will be happy to come back.

Such a magicial place and a great host! Alex makes sure your feel at home right away. The personal welcoming, the great recommendations that made our stay so nice for a few days, the beautiful pool with absolutely gorgeous view!! Everything is so clean (also the pool and perfect temperature). You’ll see that Alex makes sure nothing gets left out. From The garden to the rooms and his wine vineyard. Best place we stayed in Tuscany. Also Montepulciano is gorgeous. Many restaurants and routes are magical.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!

Elias was an exceptional host! Fantastic recommendations on the area and restaurants. His space was more than expected. Stylish , modern and spacious. So handy having two large bathrooms with 2 couples. The neighbourhood was truly perfect, historic area in walking distance, gelato & cappuccino was right across the street, grocery store around the corner, steak house next door and the best… Linda’s pizza!!! Enjoyed super reasonable meals with excellent service. Even bumped into Linda at the gelato place in the evening and were greeted warmly! What a welcoming friendly neighbourhood. Hands down our best Airbnb experience in Italy! ❤️
