In our house, the western school on the island of Hven, there is a separate guest part that we are happy to rent to you. The guest area has its own lockable entrance and private patio. It is about 20 sqm and consists of a room with a bunk bed, 120 and 90 cm wide sleeping places as well as a kitchenette. A toilet with sink and a separate shower room with sauna. The house is centrally located on the island in Tuna village, close to the shop and several of the island's taverns but still in a quiet and slightly secluded location with open fields in front of the patio. Sheets and towels are not included.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. 3 km from the fantastic Magleby beach, Gjorslev, Stevns cliff and the world heritage, 15 km from Køge, 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is located on the church square - the bells do not ring at night, there are no street lights, but stars, birdsong and views of both sunrise and sunset. The apartment has everything you need. So use and replace. It is a non-smoking place and everything is cleaned without perfume or anything else. There is a good playground at our school

The house is an old wooden house we have refurbished, so do not expect a state-of-the-art and streamlined type house. But if you're into an old, charming house with all the amenities - and a fantastic location - this is just the thing for you! The property is fully equipped and electricity, water and heating as well as internet and TV package are included in the price.

Omkring hytte er der hængekøje, 2 behagelige stole , bord-bænkesæt, bålsted. Så her kan I bare nyde naturen på tæthold samtidig have den bedste komfort. Close to the large forest area at Gjorslev Manor is "Bakkeskov", which is a beautiful and cozy 4-wing farm. The guest house is in the original barn building, which, after a thorough renovation, has achieved a fantastic transformation. Visible beams and idyllic stable windows preserve the authentic look of a former barn. In the 78 m2, there is both a cozy sleeping area with a double bed /B:180 cm, as well as an open kitchen-living room environment, as well as a modern bathroom with shower.

And on the terrace you will find barbecue and the opportunity to rinse off the sand from the beach walks. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST OUTSIDE TO ENTER THE BATHROOM.

Cozy cottage in Ljunghusen, with a 3-minute walk you can easily get down to one of Sweden's best sandy beaches. Here you also have proximity to tennis, paddle tennis and golf facilities. Only 25 minutes to Copenhagen and Malmö airport and 20 minutes to Malmö City. If you are down for the Falsterbo Horse Show, it only takes 10 minutes by car to get there. Close to the cottage, you will find lovely restaurants with lake views that are very popular.

Can, by agreement, run loose on the whole property. Smoking in the house is not allowed, but must take place outdoors.
