Vacation rentals with lake access in Magland

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft für zwei Nächte. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet – es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist ruhig, mit schöner Aussicht, perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich freundlich und herzlich. Besonders gefreut haben uns die leckeren Pfannkuchen mit Schokolade, die sie für uns gemacht hat – eine schöne Geste! Auch der Transfer zum Bahnhof war sehr nett und hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Vraiment rien à dire, hôte très accueillante, gentille et qui n'hésite pas à partager des informations afin de profiter au maximum de la ville d'Annecy, des activités, restaurants...etc. L'appartement était très propre, très calme et on dispose de tout le nécessaire. Merci beaucoup et à bientôt.

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, letti molto comodi, tutto perfetto. Macchina del caffè e bollitore molto utili, con tutto l'occorrente per utilizzarli. Posto auto comodissimo e lago, ristoranti e funicolare a meno di 10 minuti da casa. Torneremo sicuramente, anche perchè ci siamo sentiti accolti con sollecitudine da Stephanie, sempre molto disponibile per consigli.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Haus von Claire, fast eine Woche. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, hochwertige Materialien, alles sehr großzügig (z.B. genügend Kaffee, Spültabs, Seife etc.). Alles ist sehr gut durchdacht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Die Terrasse ist mit genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten und einem großen Sonnenschirm ausgestattet. Es stimmt einfach alles und wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Kommunikation mit Claire war sehr angenehm.

Parfait, manque peut-être une petite clim. 😉 Attention, faut aimer les sonneries du clocher de l'eglise très proche.... Communication au top. Allez y les yeux fermés, sauf si vous voulez un silence parfait. Cloches de l'église 2 fois par heure.😊😉

What a perfect spot Jessica’s home is just a short walk into the village of Combloux which has all the amenities you would need (small supermarket/ cafes/ bakery/ restaurants etc) as well as so much outdoor activities on the doorstep - either by short drive or straight from the chalet. The chalet is so peaceful and the setting is so beautiful. We couldn’t stop admiring the view over Mont Blanc and surrounding mountains - incredible! We stayed here as a young family with a very active 10m old baby and it was perfect for us. We had everything we needed including high chair, travel cot, plates. Plus the setting was safe enough for her to explore with our supervision. Jessica met us at the property to welcome us and was helpful and flexible when we were delayed arriving from the airport, making it less stressful. A perfect first taste of the area and we are already talking about our next trip to visit again and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you 😊

perfekte Unterkunft für ein verlängertes WE. Nur 10Min. vom Bhf, direkt in der Fussgängerzone und 5 Minuten vom See und dem Chateau. sehr sauber und alles da was man braucht. kleiner Minuspunkt, unter 2 Schlafzimmern befindet sich eine Bar, deren Musik (Bass) das Einschlafen stören kann.

Madeleine is a great person, she made us feel home from the moment we met her , very welcoming , responsive and kind . Her place was just like a nest for couples who seek tranquility and wish to spend quality time , I highly recommend this place..

Great place to stop for the night on our way back from Italy to the UK. Very convenient as not far from the main route and easy & flexible check in. Despite being so convenient it was a very quiet location and the area had a lovely alpine feel with great view of the mountains. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace to have our dinner.

Walking into Catherine’s apartment was such a treat. It is an oasis of style and elegance. The bonus is that it is a supremely comfortable and well set up apartment in a brilliant location for exploring Annecy. A perfect combination. It’s a truly special place and I feel so fortunate to have stayed there.

Very nice place and as described. We enjoyed your stay in Annecy and the provided fans were very helpful as the temperature was very higher for this time of the year. Nathalie was very communicative and friendly, very helpful on some queries we had before our travel. I will recommend her for sure

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sofia, elle a su être réactive à nos demandes et très sympathique. Le logement correspond en tous points à la description et il est d’une propreté irréprochable. La résidence est calme et très bien localisée. Encore merci

We had a great stay at Francois’s! He kindly greeted us at our convenience to help with check in and show us around the apartment and providing some info on the location (even helped with our luggage!). The place was clean and full of fun items to explore. Location was perfect!

Michelle propose un logement très agréable à vivre, proche de la plage dans un quartier très calme. Le logement est bine décrit, petit mais bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Par beau temps, il faut profiter de la terrasse dmet du jardin bien ensoleillés. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Saint-Jorioz et, bien que nous n'ayons passé rencontré nos hôtes, la communication à été claire et très cordiale. Michelle a proposé des jeux pour les enfants, des vélos pour les ballades et est très à l'écoute de ses locataires. Annecy est magnifique mais également tous les petits villages autour du lac. Nous conseillons particulièrement la plage/piscine de Saint Jorioz, accessible à pied!

Der Aufenthalt bei Claudine war Genial, Super Nette und Zuvorkommende Gastgeber! Lage war Super und alles benötigte in der Nähe Unterkunft war sehr Sauber und einfach. Gerne noch einmal !!

Berenice’s house was exactly what we were looking for in Annecy. The house is beautifully decorated , only 10’ walk away from the beach. Bright and spacious rooms in a peaceful location, perfect for those who are looking for a relaxing place where to feel home. Berenice is a fantastic host, she gave clear instructions, was very responsive and accomodate our needs. We will definitely recommend her house to friends and will look forward to returning to her home in the future. Thanks!

Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich um ein älteres Bauernhaus mit Charme und einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, Wenn wir einen Punkt hervorheben müssten, der uns besonders gefallen hat, wäre es der sehr schöne und weitläufige Garten, von dem man einen tollen Blick auf den See hat. Wir haben es sehr genossen, dort auf der Terrasse ein schattiges Plätzchen finden zu können und uns ab und zu im nah gelegenen See abzukühlen. Mathieu war ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber, äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Bei Fragen war er stets erreichbar; um ein kleineres Problem mit dem Kühlschrank hat er sich sofort gekümmert und es beheben lassen. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns auch über den netten Willkommensgruss. Auch die Rückgabe war völlig unkompliziert. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Urlaub, denn auch die Gegend ist toll, mit vielen Möglichkeiten zu sportl. Aktivitäten. Die Unterkunft von Mathieu würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Imaginez la maison de vacances parfaite au bord d’un lac : Un lieu qui procure immédiatement un sentiment de bien-être – aménagé avec amour, une touche de légèreté méditerranéenne et des détails chaleureux qui parlent d’hospitalité. L’équipement ne laisse aucun souhait inassouvi, allant de petits instants de luxe à tout ce dont une famille peut avoir besoin. Nos enfants ont eu d’innombrables possibilités de jouer dans le jardin et au bord de l’eau – l’ennui n’existait pas ici. Le soir, assis sur la terrasse, regarder le soleil se coucher sur le lac pendant qu’un rire discret résonne quelque part – nous avons rarement respiré aussi profondément qu’ici. Ce furent nos plus belles vacances. Un endroit où l’on a envie de revenir.

We've spent a great vacation in St. Jorioz at the lake - it really is a treasure. The cottage is situated right by the lake and offers great views of the mountains, the lake, and the paragliders flying over it. We've had our bikes with us and hardly used the car to get all around the lake. The Boulangerie du Lac is just a few minutes away and offers great french pastries for breakfast and sandwiches to take on trips, various rental places for sailboates and paddle boards at reasonable prices are also near by.
