I had an amazing stay. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Thank you Sir Mel. My family enjoyed your place. Very generous with toiletries that we do not need to use ours. Place is quiet and safe, we slept very well. Both rooms upstairs has bathroom and another 1 downstairs that is very helpful for us coz we do not need to wait for each other to finish. Fully airconditioned even downstairs. It also has a room for house maid which is useful for us coz we brought our helper with us that day. TV has netflix 😍 One thing I will suggest is if you can install big mirrors in the rooms as it is difficult to prepare and do makeup in small mirrors in the bathroom. But overall this is perfect. 👌 next time we need to do something in Muntinlupa area, I will book this again.

Our group enjoyed Ms. Marsha's place! She's so kind that even though we broke something unintentionally, she said that we don't have to pay for it. Will definitely recommend this to my friends. Loved everything about the place!

The place was very convenient and just beside SM City Sta. Rosa, which made everything easily accessible. The host was responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Overall, good experience. Nagkasya kami sa unit and we succesfully did what we came there to do, to RUN A MARATHON. 🔥♥️ Ate was so responsive and answers all questions diligently. Although, there were some mishaps due to a little miscommunications, she was very proactive to help. For future renters, highly recommended!! But please ensure na malinaw kayo kay ate sa kung anong need nyo sa unit so she can adjust accordingly ❤️ She will make sure to give what you need, so just tell her all of it 👌

The place is exceptionally clean, and the owner is incredibly accommodating, even with our last-minute booking. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay—it was well worth the price!

From Feb 20 to Mar 10, 2025, this Airbnb felt like home. The room was spotless, just like the photos, and the aircon worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and comfortable. What stood out was the host’s quick response—when I had an issue with the kitchen faucet, Erin wasted no time. Maintenance arrived and fixed it promptly. I also requested an office chair and bottled water, and both were provided without hesitation. The thoughtful amenities made life easier, and I truly appreciated the seamless experience. This stay wasn’t just about comfort; it was about the little things that made it exceptional—the clean space, the responsive host, and the convenience of well-thought-out details.
