If staying in Barranco, the location can't be beat. Near scenic overlook, great restaurants, parks and in a quiet, safe area. The amount of space in the villa is excellent. Juan was very responsive and attentive. When there was an issue with the refrigerator and washing machine he was quick to offer solutions to help. We were delayed a few hours being able to check in due to issues with the prior guests before us that were staying at the location. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

The place was booked at short notice, still I contacted Mariele, who offered me the advantages of the house. The large and clean pool. The cabin-like house with furniture everywhere. The rooms clean. The bathrooms clean. The kitchen with all the utensils and equipment to make any preparation. There weren't as many mosquitoes as I imagined. Quiet, relaxed, private, with great natural lighting. I would definitely rent it again for a short vacation again.

Sergio was great! He made adjustments to accommodate needs and assisted us throughout our time there. We stayed for a week and hosted a Quinceañera for our daughter and niece. This is a special place! The thoughtfulness, and quality of craftsmanship that artistically worked the wood, stone and adobe is quite amazing. Birds singing, beautiful greenery and water flowing around and through the stone walls, created a energy that must have been the dream fulfilled of the owner, creater. He happened to stop by and he mentioned that they spent six years building this place with craftsman from Urubamba. We loved having the the bungalows surrounding the courtyard area and the main kitchen. This made everything very accessible for meals and visiting. One bungalow that was built like a great room has a high sealing in the dining area , a fireplace and a huge family table. This created such a great spot to share our meals. Outside that bungalow is sweet firepit we enjoyed.

The house is beautiful, just as seen in the pictures and Alfredo is very kind. They took great care of us. My family really enjoyed the days we were there.

The house itself is absolutely beautiful, featuring spacious living areas that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking sunsets. Watching the sun dip below the horizon from the terrace was an experience we'll never forget—truly one of the most amazing views in Lima! Stephan was always just a message away, ready to provide assistance or answer any questions we had. His dedication to his guests truly made our experience exceptional. If you're looking for a luxurious getaway with stunning views and outstanding service, Punta Negra is the place to be. I can't wait to return!

The place is cozy, with good vibes and energy. Mayu and Brayan are very good people who were attentive to our needs, they prepared delicious desserts for us. I'd like to highlight the beautiful fireplace that gives warmth to the home.

The place is very nice, comfortable, with everything indicated in the description. Patry is super friendly and communicative, she responded immediately. The room is quite spacious and comfortable, the bedding and pillows are very good, despite not having a fan or air conditioning, the room is quite cool. It's worth it!!

My stay at Patry's house was simply amazing. From the first moment, communication with her was excellent: very attentive, sociable and always attentive to every detail. The space was impeccably clean and organized, you could see the love and dedication in every corner. The shared spaces were very nice, comfortable and cared for in detail, which made me feel at home. In addition, the location is ideal, very close to the beach and surrounded by delicious restaurants. Definitely an experience that exceeded my expectations. I hope to be back soon!

A beautiful place to spend a few days relaxing. The house is beautiful, the room with a very comfortable and large terrace, it had everything that was described.
