Lorena was a great host. She was always responsive and the apartment was perfect. Loved the view of the ocean and wrap around deck. We were visiting for a wedding so having the Marriot steps away from the apartment building was a huge plus as many people from the wedding were staying there. Although we were not guests at the Marriot we were able to enjoy the breakfast and lunch at an additional cost. Fernandez at the front desk was so sweet and incredibly helpful with arranging taxis as well as providing recommendations in the area and what the appropriate prices were for taxi's. Would definitely stay here again if we get to come back to Santa Marta. Other Notes: -Plaza Zazue is only a 5 min drive and has a supermarket so you can stock the kitchen. -The city center is about a 20min car ride

We stayed at this apartment for a month, and while the building itself is fantastic—with a great pool, jacuzzis, security, and a prime location close to the beach, shops, and restaurants—the apartment is better suited for short stays (up to 4 days). The main drawbacks were the lack of proper air conditioning (only a weak unit in the bedroom making it hard to cool the living area), an uncomfortable bed, and a poorly equipped kitchen, which only allowed for very basic meal prep. There were also some missing essentials. The balcony had a beautiful mountain view but faced a busy street, making it a bit noicy. The lack of a dining table inside made eating at home inconvenient. While there was an outdoor table on the balcony, the heat, traffic noise, and the dust didn’t make it an appealing dining spot. On the positive side, the host was incredibly kind, always responsive, and genuinely tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. His hospitality was a highlight of our experience.

A simple sleeping area is equipped with a spacious bed and a bunk bed featuring three individual mattresses. Natural light fills the room, highlighting the neutral-colored walls and floor tiles. A small refrigerator is positioned against one wall.

El apartamento es muy bonito, limpio y acogedor. Está ubicado a unas dos cuadras de la playa, aproximadamente a 5 minutos a pie, en un sector tranquilo y agradable. Recomiendo este lugar. Diego es muy atento y responde con rapidez. Lo único que no me agradó del todo fue el costo de las manillas para el ingreso al edificio, que tiene un precio de 20.000 por persona, algo que nunca me habían cobrado en otros lugares. Pero a parte de eso, todo estuvo Perfecto

Oswaldo y Adriana son espectaculares hosts, muy amigables. El apartamento es espectacular, muy bien mantenido, nada roto, ni dañado, todo impecable y funcional, excelente decoración, con extras muy buenos como café, azúcar, aceite, vinagre, sal, minibar, sillas de playa, todo genial… es como si tuvieran claro lo que un huésped desea encontrar en un apartamento rentado. Volvería mil veces. Recomendadísimo!

Es una casa espaciosa, ideal para grupos grandes, para llegar a la casa hay bastantes escaleras pero en general sin problema. Queda aproximadamente a 15 minutos (caminando) de la playa más cercana en pozos colorados, una playa linda y tranquila. Las tiendas son lejanas caminando, mejor si tienen carro o coger transporte. La señora Patricia muy amable y don Pablo siempre responde ante cualquier situación o inquietud. Volveríamos.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great for families and large group of friends. Dinner outside under the lights was magically and enjoyed the breeze from the rooftop pool. The music from the clubs does get a bit loud at night so we just joined them instead 💃🏽 Alana, is an angel and was so helpful throughout our stay. Helping with breakfast and anything we needed throughout the week. Highly recommend staying here. Super close to restaurants, bars and shopping.

Súper recomendada para todos, es muy amigable con los niños, cuando entre y conocí la casa la cabeza me explotó porque es mucho más grande de lo que imaginaba… Tanto Shirley como su familia y Don José estuvieron muy pendientes de lo que necesitáramos, está súper bien dotada con todo, es muy muy amplia y fresca, los parqueaderos facilitan el ingreso a la casa, está lejos del ruido así que después días de tours y demás actividades, la casa proporciona gran descanso… nos vamos muy felices y con ganas de volver ❤️

Fantastic place. It is an easy walking distance to all amenities but very quiet and peaceful at night. We stayed here after a long trip up Cero Kennedy and it was exactly what we needed. Great to have laundry available, Morgan provided many recommendations, and was extremely helpful in arranging transportation back to Santa Marta. Would love to come back here one day.

Absolutamente espectacular, una playa justo enfrente de la casa. Una linda casa propia del entorno. Las personas que nos ayudaron con la cocina y la limpieza fueron muy amables, respetuosas y cercanas. Fueron unos días muy agradables. Se nota el cariño en cada detalle. Espacios abiertos que se complementan con la naturaleza, dando una experiencia muy especial. Adicionalmente, las personas a cargo de la limpieza y la cocina estuvieron muy preocupadas de que nuestra estadía fuera lo más agradable posible. ¡Playas tranquilas y muy bien cuidadas!

Had a caretaker at the property every day. Took out trash, cleaned daily. Very responsive bringing extras like a pressure cooker and large Bluetooth speaker. Large house with lots of sleeping areas. Two patios for entertaining and nice gardens.
