Nigel is an excellent host. Very responsive, condition of the Penthouse is exactly as described. I will be a repeat occupant of this place. Location hands down you just can’t do better.

Travelled to Clark for work and it was terrific. I really enjoyed the location, close enough to SM Clark for shopping but lots of great little supermarkets nearby, so need to head to SM Will definitely stay here again.

Even with the small mishaps it was still a gret stay for us especially since we were able to bring 4 puppies with us.

Highly Recommended Stay at JM Villa! We had an amazing time at JM Villa! The property is incredibly spacious and was perfect for accommodating both our family and friends. Everyone had more than enough room to relax and enjoy themselves. The beds were soft and super comfortable, ensuring we all had a good night’s rest after a day of fun. The comfort rooms were spotless, which we really appreciated—it’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority at JM Villa. A big shoutout to Myza and the caretakers for being so responsive and friendly throughout our stay. They made everything easy and ensured we felt well taken care of. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. JM Villa is a fantastic place for group getaways, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

We had such a relaxing and fun time at JM Villa! The moment we got there, it already felt like home. The place had a really calm vibe, perfect for just unwinding and hanging out with work friends. The videoke room was definitely a favorite! Super fun and had everything we needed for non-stop singing (and dancing). The pool was big and warm too. Rooms were nice and cool, so sleeping was super comfy. And the sala was spacious, perfect for Netflix marathons or a game of billiards. Overall, this villa had everything we needed for a chill and memorable stay. We’d totally recommend it and would love to come back!

First off, I felt welcomed from day one and I was a late check in, around 11pm. I followed the directions given to me to call when I was about 15 minutes from arriving at the staff was waiting for me. They even helped me with my bags AND my two dogs that I brought over with me from the U.S. I stayed long term, 6 months, and the rate and accommodations, compared to other places, was the best deal in town! I had help with laundry, cleaning, and it felt like a full on hotel concierge service. Very convenient location, everything you need to have a healthy less stressful stay, well is located all around you! Pharmacy, Gym(a 700m walk), Trike stands, a few local pubs, groceries, immigration/travel agency, I could go on! The Filipino hospitality is alive and well here, and I think you should give it a try, especially long term stays. This place isn't like you typical touristy places, it is basic and comfortable. There are going to be some ups and down, but the staff will fix it quick! TYVM!

We enjoyed our stay because Bed, Bark and Breakfast was homey and peaceful. My kids were dog and cat lovers too, so they were happy to spend time with the dogs and cats at AKF, and our dog Tofu was exposed to other dogs and socialized for the first time. Aris was also very responsive to our needs.

I’m trying to find a complementary word better than amazing . The place is so close to walking st and so quiet . All aircon works well 3 off them . Tv and internet seamless . Can’t finish the review without complementing the host . Just a nice person will to help. He gave me a late check out without a fuss (subjected to next booking ) . Please note has stairs that lead to bed rooms (I just had to take it easy after my turps ) Easy access and secure big gate leading to the residency.

Had a great time with my kids and wife. Surely will go back for more lovely moments with my family.

Host is very responsive and helpful. Caretakers are also very courteous and accommodating. A must visit place if you need to recharge and unplug. very relaxibv ambiance. Property is well kept and maintained.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment very much, with it's clean rooms, comfortable beds, and big bathrooms. The kids enjoyed using the swimming pool too, and laundry services came in handy. Aime is such a very helpful and great host, available to help out with any questions we had.

Good Points Lovely house even better than pictures as had just been refurbished. Kindly left some water for me in fridge. Lots of small shops on main road for basic shopping or eat out food. House was very clean and in secure sub division housing complex. I would highly recommend anyone too stay here as much better value than any hotel plus you have your own space as its house. Was also cheapest I could find in same area so best value. Internet was getting 260mb so very fast speed especially for Philippines. I would definitely stay here again, plus you have Palo Verde resort in next road with pool. Bad Points Garage gate was very difficult to close and kept bruising my arms closing it and very noisy to lock gates. Mosquito net on front door would of been very useful to stop mosquitoes coming into house. Curtains over living room windows would of been good as people could see us when sitting down in living room at night. These issues could easily be fixed to make it perfect.

Our stay was beyond what we expected. The place is clean and Aileen was well accommodating. If you need a place in Angeles City, near to almost everything, like restaurants, banks, atm, etc. I would recommend this place.
