House vacation rentals in Mae Sa

This place is such a wonderful find for families. We stayed there for a month and we typically got around by using a grab or one of the bicycles that was on the property. We were given local recommendations. The pool was really wonderful and there were lots of great toys that my kids played with. The hot water heater works great. The air conditioning worked in each room. There were lots of items in the kitchen that made cooking really easy. I’m so glad that we were able to stay here for the month and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. We enjoyed it a lot..

Stunning villa, beautiful walking in the surrounding village and countryside, close enough to Chiang Mai but just far enough to feel away from the hustle of the city. 7/11 close by for all your needs, lot's of local restaurants near by. Host's really helpful and responsive. If I'm back there again I would certainly revisit.

Wonderful stay at Tinnaphat's place in Chiang Mai! The house was in a great location, walking distance to the market, Kalm village (cafe, restaurant, library, etc.. great space to spend time), temples, and Sunday market. We loved it! Host was responsive and helpful when needed. Recommended

The house is beautiful, well furnished and spacious yet has a very homely vibe. Sanitised bedroom slippers are provided. The bedrooms are big, very clean & comfortable with thick mattresses, beddings, luxe bath & face towels. The bathrooms are also very well maintained with all amenities provided. We especially enjoyed the large dining area where we gathered every morning & evening. We were surprised to see the owner, Tiger, welcoming us upon our check in and showing us around. He was also there to see us off on our last day. Its that extra personal touch. He also arranged for his staff to clean & make our beds every day. Tiger is very generous & accommodating. He’s very attentive to our needs. The provision of drinking water (fresh, cold and hot), countless coffee, tea, Milo packs and ensuring that the water is replenished daily reflected his thoughtfulness & attention to details. Tiger also helped us arrange for transport & driver. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I was extremely satisfied. The host was very easy to communicate with, and even when I had a car accident during my stay, he was helpful in answering my questions about the situation. It was really comforting to have someone I could ask about Thailand while staying in Chiang Mai. The house was very private, spotless, and I woke up every morning to the sound of birds, which was such a peaceful experience. I'm already thinking about coming back to Chiang Mai, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.

It is very conveniently located, easy to reach Maya Mall and Ningman road for shopping and eating various local food . The host is also very warm hearted to help you before and during the stay

There's nothing wrong with this place. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room, a beautiful kitchen, a pleasant bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. There are also 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor. The swimming pool is spacious enough for water play, and there are plenty of tubes. There is a convenience store right in front of you, and everything is cleaned neatly after you go out. I will definitely come back here next time.

John was a great host with a beautiful house, he provided a lot of recommendations for things to do around Chiang Mai, including a nice cafe where we had breakfast twice. He was always available when we needed and was interested in our holiday and making sure he could provide the best experience for us while at his home. Everything was clean and the photos didn’t do the house justice. House felt very safe and secure and it is in a central area so easy to navigate around. Would have stayed longer if we could.

The environment is very good, suitable for a family or friends traveling together. There is a big lawn in front, and a river behind the house. You can take a walk.🚶🏻‍♀️🚶🏻‍♀️

Very cozy place to stay.I have good memories of Chiang Mai.The Host arranged for airport pick-up and drop-off, and was very enthusiastic about taking us to the 7-11 nearby to shop. It's a beautiful home with nature surrounding you. The owners are very helpful and kind and live right beside. Keep in mind that the place is quite away from the city, cafes, shops, etc. There is no driver coming to pick up but they can drop food from apps. You can rent a scooter from the owner to make it easier but it still takes time to go to the city. If you're okay with all of that, then this place is absolutely amazing!

Really lovely architectural design. You can tell that every aspect was made with intention and the aesthetic is really pleasing. The lighting is the best feature. In every room, the lighting is thought out, even in the garden bits, and the placement use of natural lighting is good.

Close to Nimman Road, there is everything you need to eat, drink and play.The homestay is very beautiful, and there is a game room and a movie room. If I wasn't a workhorse, I would be willing to stay here all the time

Very special little place of Chiang Mai retreat . Wonderful to stay in . Comfortable!

My partner and I stayed here at Nanthiya and Khing's place for a few days and fell in love with the house and the area. The house is a beautiful little two story home filled with artistic creations from the hosts and their friends. It feels like it's out of Studio Ghibli film. The location is really convenient with lots of restaurants, cafes, street food options, as well as a 7-Eleven and pharmacy all within minutes walk. The area is great too as it's only a short scooter ride into central Chiang Mai, but is so peaceful and green. The hosts, Nanthiya and Khing, are such lovely people and were really helpful. We can't recommend it highly enough ❤️

The room is not far from tourist attractions. Easy to get around. The house feels warm and homely. Fully equipped with amenities. There is a small kitchen with all the necessary equipment. The bedroom has a soft and comfortable bed. Impressive.🫶🏻

it was just the place we (group of 5) were looking for. It was clean, located in one of the prime areas with all the amenities nearby. we have dwverything around the corner and logistics were very easy. We would definitely recommend this property and would want to stay here again.

If you are a family or a few friends come to recommend you this warm house in hong, the house is beautiful and clean, the location is very good, it is only three or four minutes by motorbike to the ancient city, there is a 711 hostess in 50 meters at the door, the hostess is very nice to feel the warmth of the house for the first time traveling in Chiang Mai. I regret to stay one night and I will continue to come with my family next time.

Is there another accommodation that was this good? Even if you give 1000 points out of 5, it's not enough. It's too spacious for 2 people, but it's the best place for 3 or more people! I told Rath, but it's much better in real life than in the photos. (I asked for an update, but I think they left it as it is, saying that there are cases where people are disappointed when they see the actual product) Features 1. Free airport pick-up/drop-off The flight from Korea to Chiang Mai was delayed, but it was a very comfortable trip because you provided a pick-up and drop-off service even at a late hour.(Stay here without moving to another accommodation and return home) 2. Accommodation condition It was a traditional wooden accommodation, so it was really emotional and special. I heard that the host, Rath, is renovating the house where his mother-in-law lived. I was even more grateful and used it with care, knowing that it was a precious space for the family. I also liked the spacious space divided into the first and second floors. 1st floor has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, dining table, living room, kitchen, backyard washing machine (detergent, fabric softener available) The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, a large TV and a living room space It's made up like this, All the beds were king or queen, and there were blackout curtains in every room, so I slept comfortably. The shower pressure wasn't that strong, but It wasn't uncomfortable to have long hair Shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, toothpaste, cotton swabs, everything was nice.😀 The product was a local product, and it was better because you gave me a new product instead of a refill. I changed the shower filter, and it was much less dirty than other areas, so I was very satisfied. 3. Quick contact, local feedback I contacted them frequently through messenger, etc. for inquiries, and they answered very quickly, so I reflected various local information (restaurants, traffic conditions, etc.) in my travel itinerary. It was so nice. Since he worked as a flight attendant in the past, he was good at English, so there was no difficulty in communicating. 4. Linked services I was introduced to the private tour of Doin Tanon, and even the driver was so kind. I was completely satisfied! I was able to use the massage in the front building at a reasonable price. Local massage is also good. Try it! If it's this much, they'll say that I'm from Rath's family!
