The host is very friendly, responsive, the house is very clean and cozy, and prepared children's toiletries, baby dining chairs, and fully equipped with kitchen utensils. The neighborhood is also very safe, quiet and tidy. I highly recommend this place when you come to Chiang Mai.

I especially like the common area on the first floor!The lighting and French vintage furniture complement each other perfectly, it's like a photo studio!The kittens were bribed with a cat bar. It was really photogenic. (We stayed in a studio on the first floor and it didn't feel crowded at all. There is a private bathroom ~ Next to it is a super spacious kitchen with all kinds of kitchenware and condiments. The refrigerator and washing machine capacity are also super large. It should be very comfortable for a family to rent an entire house for a long stay ~

We had a wonderful stay with our 4 children at Am's. The house is very nice and very well located. We were able to fully enjoy our two days, the city and the Saturday night market. I would highly recommend it

We had a great time! Everything was perfect. The location is quiet and walking distance to many things. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the unit had everything we needed.

The accommodation is quiet and peaceful. The house is large and spacious, but it’s quite far from tourist attractions. The entrance to the alley is a bit deep. If distance isn’t an issue, this is definitely a place worth staying. The owner responds quickly.

Tolani's place was perfect for our large group to all stay in one compound. street food started just around the corner and easy to hail a tuktuk or taxi from the main road. Ying the maid kept everything fresh and clean during the day and did a great job. would stay here again if I came back to Chiang Mai with a large group

All of us had a very pleasant stay even if short. Guy and his team were amazing at answering our questions before we came, being responsive during our stay every time we reached out and were providing VIP quality service with flexibility when they were able to. The Cyngam Resort is a truly unique place to stay and experience the delights of Chiang Mai. Whilst it’s in a pretty rural setting it’s still only 20 mins via Grab taxi and a 25 minute walk to local restaurants and shops. I’d describe the accommodation as ‘shabby chic’ full of rustic charm and character. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, spacious and comfortable although we did experience some noises in a couple of the bedrooms from the pool filter. We also experienced recurring problems with the hot water to the showers although the fantastic Aor and her team did their very best to resolve the problems as best they could. In fact, the biggest positive of the resort was the friendliness of the staff and the hospitality and support given during our stay and also via prompt communication before our arrival in helping us to plan our week. I would definitely recommend Cyngam for those looking for a unique way to stay in Chiang Mai

Peaceful, rural location. Great restaurants with in short driving distance and provisions shop for essentials within walking distance. Our son loved the pool to cool off after our daily outings. Any questions we had were quickly answered by Carsten. A nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We had an AMAZING stay! Everything was great from the comfortable rooms to the beautiful pool and the incredible host! The villa was so peaceful and relaxing that none of us wanted to leave! The host went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of! The breakfast that was served every morning was delicious! The beds were big and very comfortable with 5-star hotel linen quality! There was a pool table and many other games to play along with as well as smart televisions to stream movies or music! The location was excellent and we were provided with a van driver to take us wherever we wanted to go for reasonable charge! Overall a great experience and will definitely be back again if ever in Chiang Mai!

Nice location and great host. They provide everything we needs and they are very flexible. We were on our family vacation and this place felt like home.

I had a great time for 2 months; fully equipped kitchen, everything present to make the stay pleasant. Drinking water will be delivered to order at a bizarre low price. Washing machines and dryer on the ground floor but I went to a laundry shop around the corner. Behind the building, off the main road, is a nice typical Thai neighborhood where I have walked wonderfully through the winding streets

Overall, the vacation went well. There were minor problems, but they exist almost everywhere. 1. The kitchen is convenient, but there is not enough modern utensils and plumbing and hot water (only for the kitchen) - fatty food is poorly washed off with barely warm water. 2. There is hot water, the water pressure is weak, the plumbing is outdated. 3. Internet is fast enough, ~300 mbps 4. The TV is excellent. 5. Air conditioners cool very well. 6. The washing machine works well. 7. Not enough space for hanging bed linen. 8. 7/11 is far, 20-30 minutes on foot, on the way there are dogs that can scare you. 9. At the end of the vacation, construction began nearby - very noisy in the mornings (this is temporary, of course) 10. There is a household with roosters in the neighborhood - they can be very nerve-racking when you want to sleep peacefully.

I was lucky to have enjoyed the Mushroom House for two months, and I was sad to leave. Both host and associated family were wonderful , friendly and accommodating, and I will miss them. The house itself is qwerky, comfortable and private. If you are looking for something different then make sure you book it.

Great location, walking distance to Nimman One and Maya Shopping Mall, many restaurants around, easy to eat, Tengli Jun Tai North curry rice is very close.

I have stayed here many times and this time again I am impressed. The location is very good, the house is clean, the owner is very helpful, replies to messages very quickly, the convenience of a mini mart is just in front of the house, you can walk there. Thank you, I will stay again if I come to Chiang Mai.

Hideout near overbusy Pai. Ideal for anyone who is looking for really quiet beautifull place full of art.

Our stay at Youdin Kindee was the best we had in Thailand, so far. The wonderful host, Ranee and her son Titan, as well as Jo the smiley house keeper made us feel right at home from the first moment. They were super friendly, helpful and just lovely people in general. The art and adobe buildings are beautiful and inspiring, as is the amazing surrounding view. The children learned to fish, feed the animals and were free to roam the grounds and play, swim in the pool and just enjoy. Lastly, Youdin Kindee was a wonderful place for a much needed rest and healing time from Chiang Mai city. We appreciate the farm so much! And will forever cherish our experience there. Thank you, we love you! 💗🙏🏼🫶🏼
