Kwan and her sister are truly super hosts! They made us feel so comfortable and at home! The room was so nicely put together and clean, same as the bathroom. The terrace and bench outside was such a nice place to sit and relax. We happened to be there while Songkran and they sent us so many helpful tips on things to do and see. Also, Songkran is amazing, so much fun! They are really such nice people, the residence was in a perfect area for us, very central so perfect to reach everything within 15-20 mins. We couldn’t recommend this place enough and the kindness that they showed us was the best part of it all! We’lo definitely come back!

The place was exactly how it’s showcased in the photos. Clean pool, neat and tidy rooms! Checked in after a 12 hour long flight, requested for an early check in and responded great. Couldn’t get a late check out as requested, nevertheless that was not a big problem! The noise from the road irritates sometimes, but as I said that was the least thing to bother. Thanks!

I stayed at this room for a month, and the staff was always cheerful and friendly. The location is perfect, just in front of the Tapae Gate, making it easy to access Old Town. There are plenty of cozy cafes and restaurants nearby, and being on a main street makes it safe to return at night. My room overlooked trees instead of the street, so I loved waking up to the view and the sound of birds in the morning. The room was kept clean, with cleaning services twice a week for monthly stays. It's a good schedule to keep the room tidy. The towels were arranged in cute shapes like octopuses or hearts:) Thanks to the story of Himku, the great condition, and the warm staffs and host, I had a joyful and happy month in Chiang Mai.

Lovely place in one of the best area of Chiang Mai old town. The Host is always available and helpful and friendly person. There are some amazing cats at the entrance lobby which enhance your stay if you like cats. Common shared space at the entrance with free coffee and sweets during the morning make it a perfect place to socialize and enjoy Chiang Mai vibes. Thank you!

Thor is the man! He and his place are super unique, you'll see! Thor was incredibly helpful and responsive. We felt super safe and he was always available to answer questions. My arrival time was delayed several hours and he still was there to greet me in person. The area is mainly locals, and a quick Grab/Bolt to where I needed to go. I'd definitely stay again!

Tout était parfait ! Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison, tout est très propre, le personnel est adorable et arrangeant. L’hôtel est très mignon et très bien placé dans le carrée de Chiang Mai. Si nous revenons ici, c’est sûr que nous séjournerons à nouveau dans cet hôtel !

비앤비에 소개된 사진 설명이 부족할 만큼 실제가 훨씬 좋습니다!!! 수영장도 생각보다 더 크고 깔끔하고 1층에서 시켜먹은 음식도 너무 맛있어요! 신축이라 그런지 깨끗하고 올드타운 안에 있어서 위치도 좋고 직원분들도 친절하셨어요!

It was my first time to use Airbnb and it was hard to find a place where I can stayed during new year. This place is good location and I can take a grab to go Nimman 10-15 min during traffic jam. And it’s safely for a girl too. Only problem is the gym is open from 10 am - 7 pm so I can’t use during my work in weekday. But fortunately there is a gym name “go gym” nearby and staffs were nice. So I can work out also every day. And there was little miscommunication for cleaning service but I can tell the staff directly. So I think this place is worth to pay and good for a person who wants to workcation like me too. Since it’s not far from attraction and nimman road.

I don’t want to give this place 5 stars because I would be giving away the secret on this Chiang Mai hidden gem. Craig and his team went out of their way to not only make me feel like I was at home but to make my stay completely effortless. They had no issue with my early check in. When I had lunch delivered, plates and water appeared at the table. When I decided to go for a swim in the pool, it was skimmed right before I went in, and towels appeared before I stepped into the perfect water. Craig had is staff prepare a fire for me on the roof at my preferred time. Anything I wanted was very readily prepared, and this was the most relaxed I felt since being in Thailand. I got to hold the cute rabbits in the morning while overlooking the river. My only regret was that I didn’t stay longer. 10/10 destination!!!!!! Not only will I be returning to this location, I will rent the whole villa next time.

Notre séjour fût exceptionnel! Tout était parfait! L'accueil, la beauté du site et du logement, l'environnement enchanteur au milieu de la rizière... Le chant des oiseaux qui vous réveille et celui des grenouilles le soir... Mais aussi et surtout la qualité de nos hôtes qui prennent soin de leurs invités. Le restaurant le soir et le matin offre d'excellents repas avec des produits frais et locaux. Le riz, cultivé sur place, est exceptionnel!!! Le lieu est magnifique et l'accueil est parfait. Vous pouvez même louer des bicyclettes et des scooters sur place pour visiter les alentours. Plusieurs belles activités à faire à proximité! Mais avec la piscine, la beauté du site et le bar de Pete le soir, vous pouvez simplement rester sur place et profitez pleinement de l'endroit en bonne compagnie. Nous aurions passé plus de temps au Country retreat... Nous nous promettons de revenir lors d'un prochain voyage en Thaïlande!! Merci, merci à nos merveilleux hôtes!

环境优美，非常喜欢💕，可以打桌球，也有一匹小马！服务员态度都很友好，适合休闲度假，完美的入住体验。。地段在清迈算是属于郊区，不过对于我们出行来说一点都不算远，Grab打车古城区大概20多～30多人民币左右。也可以骑自行车到处晃悠，或者去Keep in touch吃个饭喝个咖啡。不过说起咖啡，你家小餐厅的咖啡做得太难喝了(¬_¬)，泰面就还行。（最后，建议老板：电热水器换成直排式免储水，或者安装个小型淋浴喷头）不然对于想洗澡洗头连一起的女生来说不大友好，热水不够，得间隔3/40分钟，麻烦。

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The location is brilliant, just outside the old city. It is still very quiet. The best part is the staff. they were so accommodating, gave great advice, and were always friendly and professional. This will be my regular place to stay when I visit Chiang Mai. I can't wait to come back.

Enjoyed my stay here. Perfect location, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The host was very friendly and responded to my messages within 5 minutes. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend this place to friends staying in Chiang Mai. Check in and out was easy and the lady at the desk was very nice and helpful with directions.
