Wir waren mit 2 Familien in Paul's Ferienhaus! Es hat genügend Platz! Da wir super schönes Wetter hatten konnten wir fast immer im Garten sitzen! Das Highlight war jeweils am Morgen beim Frühstück, dass plötzlich uns die Alpakas begrüssten! Die Kinder und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt sehr geniessen! Die Kommunikation zwischen den Gastgebern und uns funktionierte immer sehr gut und schnell! Herzlichen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage bei Andrea, die Lage der Unterkunft war zentral, sodass man eine gute Ausgangsposition hat um den Comer See zu erkunden, aber dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend schön. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht und Andrea war ein ein sehr vorbereiteter Gastgeber der immer super zu erreichen war und schnell geantwortet hat. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

Thank you Ursula for this amazing stay in your chalet. An authentic and peaceful experience in the nature surrounded by mountains, waterfalls, flower fields, and the forest. The historical house is super clean, decorated with care and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Ursula even baked a bread and a Zopf for us, both delicious 😍 we could also order food from their farm, like cheese, eggs and meat. It was difficult to leave this quiet heaven. Thank you again Ursula & Ernst for the perfect stay in Safien.

Posto accogliente e tranquillo. Posizione e vista splendide. A due passi dal centro e dal punto di partenza del battelli. Abbiamo trascorso giorni indimenticabili. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, just a short, easy drive into central Menaggio. Riccardo was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Das Häuschen ist wirklich so versteckt im Grünen hinter einer riesigen Tanne, Nussbaum und vielem mehr, das wir das Allein sein absolut genießen konnten. Leider war das Wetter ein bisschen launisch, aber sogar das war perfekt, den so konnten wir wieder einmal supergut und laaange "pfusen" sprich schlafen... bis zum morgentlichen Vogelgezwitscher. Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero indimenticabile in un contesto riservato e suggestivo. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la presenza del barbecue e della sauna, che hanno reso il relax ancora più piacevole. Inoltre, l’alloggio si presentava in condizioni impeccabili: pulito e curato in ogni dettaglio.

Wir waren zum zweiten mal in Monias wunderschönem Haus in Montemezzo und wir haben uns wieder sehr sehr wohl gefühlt 😍 Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ebenso sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend.

Tout était parfait , juste une remarque , la voiture est indispensable , l appartement est superbement bien situé , dans une résidence de haut standing , environnement très calme , reposant. Mais pour s approvisionner , c est le parcours du combattant , il faut prévoir .

Great location, breath-taking views. Only problem was the pool was broken and sauna not accessible which is the main reason we booked the place. Other than that, a great stay with a nice sleep.

cudowny apartment i gospodarz mily, pomocny i życzliwy. Bardzo czysto i wyposażone we wszystko co potrzeba w domu. piękna okolica i blisko basenu i skibusa oraz restauracji i tras biegowych narciarskich. To jest nasz drugi pobyt i zamierzamy wrócić za rok. Wszystkim goraco polecam bardzo prxyjaznego Siegrieda i jego przytulny i piekny apartment .

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Silvia empfangen. Der Check-in verlief sehr reibungslos. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und gerne dort Zeit verbracht. Silvia hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Das absolute Highlight ist der Balkon und der Pool. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

I recommend this apartment loft! It has beautiful views of Lake Como from the small village of Perledo which is in the mountains above Varenna. The apartment was very clean and spacious for 2 people with lots of amenities. We used the spa and heated pool which was nice. Signing up for a time slot wasn’t a problem as there was lots of availability. I recommend renting a car to drive around unless you wait for the bus and ferry schedules. There isn’t anything within walking distance so have a means of transportation to get to Varenna (10 minutes down the mountain). We had the best time and Andrea was very helpful and informative. If we had any questions we got a quick response. 10/10 recommend!!

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt! Die Badewanne mit Whirlpool-Funktion ist auf jeden Fall ein Highlight. Man hat von dort aus auch eine wunderbare Aussicht. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir können die Unterkunft auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen 😊

This is such a lovely place to stay!! There are amazing views from every window of the mountains and the little red train. A very short walk to the Diavolezza and Lagalb cable cars. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and well equipped (we made food from scratch each evening and had all the utensils we needed). In addition Maddalena has made the space very cosy and there are lots of thoughtful and welcoming touches. Would love to stay here again!

Giordano ist ein super Gastgeber ein sehr netter höflicher Mann der wirklich auf alle Bedürfnisse der Gäste eingeht absolut lobenswert. Am ersten Abend unserer Ankunft hat Giordano für uns gekocht traditionell italienisch alle Produkte aus der Umgebung von Valfurva die Vorspeisen waren super die Pizza war frisch zubereitet und wirklich sagenhaft als Dessert gab es einen wirklich leckeren Apfelkuchen mit frischen Erdbeeren und Sahne. Die Unterkunft war super sehr sauber und einfach sehr urig die Gegend der Hütte ist atemberaubend. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen Es ist absolut zu empfehlen ☺️

Sehr gemütlich, beeindruckt hat uns der vorhandene Stauraum und das alles perfekt durchdachte. Auch für einen Winterurlaub mit Skiklamotten ect absolut vorstellbar. Die Terrasse ist genial. Wir konnten uns gut erholen und haben die Zeit wirklich geniessen können. Gerne wieder…..

Cercavamo un luogo tranquillo, in mezzo al verde dove trascorrere qualche giorno in libertà, è stato perfetto! casa incantevole e confortevole, con tutto il necessario! Il mio cane ha adorato il giardino recintato e i boschi a due passi di distanza! Ricordate di fare spesa pri di arrivare, se quello che cercate è la tranquillità a Baita Rosi c'è e si sta benissimo! Rosangela è stata gentilissima!

Wir haben zwei Wochen im Ciäsa Matilda in Roticcio verbracht. Joel und Patrizia haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir haben uns willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und der Blick, den man von der Terrasse genießt, ist ganz wunderbar. In Vicosoprano erhält man Lebensmittel und in den benachbarten Hofläden guten Käse, Eis und weitere Spezialitäten der Region. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter und danken Joel und Patrizia für die freundliche Aufnahme.

Terrazza sur lago surpassed expectations! We chose to come in from Lugano by Uber (a new service just offered in 2025), from there you do have some stairs to negotiate to the beautiful apartment. However, another option is to take a scenic ferry ride from Lugano to Gandria if you have time and want fewer stairs. Once you arrive, you will find the sparkling clean apartment better than the photos. The kitchen is spacious and very well fit out. A nice dining table provides great views of Lago Lugano. Two spacious bedrooms, both offer great lake views, one with a walk-out to a large patio area, with table, chairs, umbrella and comfy furniture for kicking back. We ate every breakfast out there taking in the lake. A quick 10 minute Uber ride puts you in Lugano - tons of restaurants, shopping and nite life. It’s also a 10 minute drive to the funicular for Mounte Bré (great views and hikes). In town - try the Olive Trail hike in Gandria or take a ferry tour of the lake. Bellissimo!
