Our stay at Carla’s was fantastic. The property offers a breathtaking view, with the lake, mountains, and sunsets creating a truly unforgettable backdrop. Experiencing it all from the comfort of the balcony made it even more special. The added amenities like the pool and jacuzzi were a perfect touch—super relaxing and just what we needed.

Very cozy and beautiful cottage in a great mountain landscape! Great environment for sledding! Willy is very friendly and takes care of everything! Definitely recommended!

The apartment is simply fantastic, especially the view of the lake. The kitchen as well as the bathroom is fully equipped, you feel like home. The hot tub and sauna are super easy to use – there were clear instructions on notes on site so you didn't have to ask questions or contact anyone. Everything was self-explanatory and uncomplicated, totally pleasant, especially if you just want to have your peace and quiet. It was the same when you checked in. This was also done on instructions and you could practically check yourself in. The organization is great! Thank you for this lovely holiday! We will be happy to come back. From us there are 5/5 stars!!!

This is honestly the best vacation home I have ever stayed in, and we travel a lot. The pictures of the view don’t do it justice. We were in awe just staring out every window at the beauty of the mountains and lake. The indoor pool, sauna, and steam room were great places to relax and unwind, and even better it was private (you book the hour). The inside of the home was beautiful and the kitchen had everything you need. At first we didn’t have a car, but after seeing how high up the mountain we were, we went back to town and rented a car for the duration. Made it a lot easier to explore without having to rely on taxis. Can’t wait to come back.

Just returned after a long weekend here with our two children. The views at this property were unbelievable and were the absolute highlight of the accomodation. Andrea was incredibly friendly, informative and supportive with any help we required. I would recommend hiring a car if you're staying here, we don't think we'd have managed it with the children and it would have left us feeling isolated. Be aware that if you're going with children that it can feel quite cosy and not much space. However, the outdoor terrace had plenty of space and was safe and secure. The lesireu facilities were okay, would benefit from some maintenance but it helped to give the children something to do in an evening. A local restaurant nearby but mostly requiring transport. Varenna is absolutely stunning and a must see, the Lovers Walk, the Lakes Bakery and just watching the world go by at the Lake was amazing. Definitely a trip for beautiful sites and slow living. Beautiful area, fantastic view of the lake from the balcony. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, but a car is advisable because of the location. We enjoyed the time very much, also the SPA area is highly recommended. Communication with our host was also very good. We will be happy to come back!

Urs's apartment is very tasteful and furnished with style. It is absolutely clean and it lacks nothing for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. For the car, there is a parking space in a spacious garage. We also liked the central location with the proximity to shops and the lake. We will be happy to come back.

If I could give the home (and Silvia) more than five stars I would. As beautiful as the view is in the pictures it doesn’t compare to being there in person. It is spectacularly beautiful. The rooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and Silvia was very responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and look forward to visiting again in the future!

We could not have hoped for better for our discovery of the Austrian mountains, the cottage is even more beautiful than in the photos and the host is very attentive, we had a wonderful week in the Tyrol, I fully recommend this accommodation Thank you for everything, Christine.

There were three of us on vacation with a dog in this beautiful apartment and we couldn't have met it better. The apartment has a magnificent view and is in the sunshine from morning to evening. A cozy place with soul. Simply fantastically beautiful. Elisabetta & Mattia were great hosts, with great tips on the surroundings. We recovered superbly and had feelings of spring over New Year's Eve thanks to the great location & pure sun. Clear recommendation!

One of the best Air B&B locations we’ve stayed at. The view was incredible and the town was great for outdoor adventures. Hiking and skiing from the front door. We liked it so much we stayed an extra day. We’ll be back!

Sergio's place is very cosy and comfortable, matched the description. The living room was perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing and hiking. We loved the surroundings, views from the windows and the privacy, as there were no other tourists in the neighborhood during our stay. Sergio is a great host and we'd love to be back at his place!

Oliver's apartment is highly recommended! We felt very comfortable😊. Location The location is great! Skiing: the bus stops at the front door and takes 1 minute to the cable cars in Flims. In the afternoon you can still sunbathe on the balcony. 🌞 Facilities Especially the kitchen is really well furnished. No cheap materials have been used. Top appliances, great finishes and comfortable furniture in the apartment. You can see small signs of wear every now and then, but totally ok and so it's much more sustainable💯. The children's room was smaller than expected, but still totally cosy. Additional 🧖🏼‍♀️ The swimming pool and sauna are right in the annex. The use is - once you understand it (everything is explained and the residents of Casa Caglims are super nice and helpful) - pleasant and soothing. You'll also have the sauna to yourself. Things to know 💡 1. The ski cellar has no drying rods for the shoes. No drama, just good it before

Great view and the pool (which we could no longer use in October because of the weather) are a dream. Paola is a dream host and always available and had many tips right from the start. Unfortunately, shopping is not possible in the village, which means you either have to buy something in smaller stores (if you can find a parking space) or you have to go back to Como. Otherwise, you can also start a few hikes directly from the apartment. Restaurants are available in the village or in nearby villages as long as you can find a parking space - which unfortunately was an issue even in October (also due to construction sites)

We had a great stay at Daniel's apartment in Flims over Easter. Daniel is a superb host who is very friendly, communicative and goes out of his way to make you feel at home (he even provided Easter chocolate for us on arrival, which was a nice touch!). The apartment itself was clean, well-located and was equipped with all the amenities we needed for the weekend. The incredible mountain views from the balcony were definitely a highlight, and the top-class pool/sauna facilities were great for unwinding after a long day of hiking. I would 100% recommend Daniel's if visiting Flims or the surrounding areas in Graubünden.

We had the best time at Anna’s it was the perfect spot for our group. Her place was spacious and clean with gorgeous views of the lake. The walking path was right out the door and lead to some yummy restaurants. The Ferry station for the boats was right where the walking path ends, about 5-8 mins walk from the apartment. We have no complaints. We had the best time!!

We spent 3 days on New Year's Eve 2025. Three families with kids. We had a great time. Lara welcomed us warmly at check-in and gave us all the directions to better manage the house, including a stove, jacuzzi and Finnish tub. Clean and complete environments. Super equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Spotless and comfortable rooms. Various children's games and books for moments of relaxation; availability of Sky, Netflix and Disney+. Wood and barbecue available. Priceless view of Lake Como from one side and the mountain on the other side. Great location: quite isolated to be quiet and not to bother anyone but still 5 minutes from the center of the village; less than 10 minutes away we found a very well-stocked shopping center. Really great and recommended experience, to try again in summer with the possibility of also using the outdoor pool. GREAT

David was very responsive throughout the process. He sent me a video showing the condo and the views of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. I communicated that we would arrive early and there was someone waiting for us to let us in and show us around. The condo was gorgeous and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. I highly recommend David’s condo!

An amazing vacation, largely thanks to this wonderful apartment. Debora was very friendly, welcoming, and kind, helped with all our requests, and was always available and quick to respond. A fantastic place with indescribable beauty, highly recommended!
