Vacation rentals with breakfast in Madulain

We were received in a very friendly manner. The apartment was very pleasant. And the village is very authentic, small and has everything you need. You can take wonderful day trips by boat.

Clean and tidy apartment, quiet and convenient area to get to Lecco and Bellagio, the host was available for some questions, there were 2 of us but 4 people can stay comfortably.

Lovely little apartment, with a beautiful view of Lake Como. A few nice restaurants nearby, but you do have to be relatively fit as there are hundreds of cobbled steps to and from any part of the town to the BnB! Worth it for the view but something to be mindful of when booking. Annalisa & her son, Ricciardo, were so helpful and quick to respond if we needed anything, and there was free local parking when needed. Thank you!

We had a very pleasant stay at Daniele’s house in Como. He was very helpful and responsive—he sent us a video guide for the self check-in and explained everything in detail, which made the process easy and smooth. The apartment is located on the second floor, please expect a few stairs to get to the house. However, the location is convenient, with both the train station and bus stop within walking distance. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the provided breakfast and snacks. Thank you, Daniele, for hosting us—we really enjoyed our stay!

Such a lovely place in a remarkable location! Nesso is a beautiful little town with lots to explore by foot - the little supermarket has everything you need, you can hike, and you can see the lake panorama directly from the terrace. Our off-season stay in March meant that the town was basically empty, so we truly got to enjoy some peace and calm. The house is cozy and has some beautiful vintage details (the tiles!). The bathroom is spacious and clean, the kitchen has all the basics, and the hosts kindly provided some snacks and pasta supplies, which was a lovely surprise. One thing to note: there is only street leading out of town from the apartment, and it is exactly 2,20m narrow - so keep that in mind if you're thinking of renting a car :) We loved our stay and hope to return soon!

My partner and I went there, Corinne was a great host. Beautiful place, wonderful surroundings. The interior of the house is very comfortable and spacious. Small flaw but not essential, the night is a little hot, but otherwise everything is super top. We will definitely be back. Corinne is very flexible and available to all your needs.

Dominic and his father are kind, respectful and considerate. We exchanged ideas on where to hike and what to wear even though we are busy. I’m thankful to have the time to stay in the Aeblis’ house. It has everything you need: dishwasher, washer, hot shower and numerous heaters, for the WC to the bedroom. For me I sleep cool, so the heater in the toilet is enough for warmth on most days; sometimes I use my headlights just because I want to “set the mood”. The bed, pillow and blankets are very comfortable. The living room is always toasty due to the floor heating. Windows are modern and you can’t hear the highway noise when shut. If you have lived in a modern hutte like Kesch, then that's what you can expect + stable internet from router. It is also much less “touristy” or crowded on the way there than Valais, i very much appreciate that. Hope to have the chance to swing by again and accomplish routine hikes!

Michele’s house was nice and cozy, you’ll feel right at home. Easier to go around for those who have a car because you’ll be likely to move to see interesting spots. Very recommended!

This was an incredible place to stay! Very spacious, beautiful views, clean, and peaceful! The host was very kind and always responsive. They even had extra things like eggs and little goodies for us in the kitchen. We had everything we needed and more to cook dinner which was very much appreciated. Parking is close by and everything you need to get around Lake Como is walking distance (the ferry pick up and tram station) The one and only thing thats just personal preference is the bed was a little too firm. But over all, would absolutely stay here again and recommend it!

My daughters and I were guests twice in a month to have a base near two locations where we had to participate in two competitions. Our host was lovely, kind, caring and super helpful, having offered to slightly change her check-in and breakfast times to suit our needs dictated by the tasks related to our competitions. The apartment is very clean and spacious, and you can really feel at home inside. To crown a super positive experience, the dog Sissy, queen of the B&B, entertains guests with her playful presence and is always looking for attention like a real prima donna. My girls loved it. Fantastic breakfast with homemade products (jams, apple juices, butter and cheese produced by the mother's farm) plus homemade bread and cakes. Everything is delicious and perfect to complete the offer of a Farmhouse with a capital A.

Relaxing weekend with my wife... The apartment is a short walk from the Terme and the central part with restaurants and places to have an aperitif. Quiet location, no noise, the apartment is very nice, it corresponds in everything to the listing and is also very clean. Leonardo is very available for information and advice. In short, you can't go wrong if you decide to stay here. The plus is the box available for the house, very useful. Thanks again to Leonardo for his availability, we will definitely be back.

This place is divine. The view overlooking the lake never gets old and provides so much tranquility. I stayed here with my boyfriend and we asked for the single beds to be merged and it was not a problem for Michaela or for us. The single beds are large and together even larger for a double. The bed and linen were very comfortable and provided a good nights sleep. This place has every amenity you can think of including a wet suit! Driving in was easy and the probate parking lot was ample. It’s away from restaurants and tourists which makes the location even more tranquil. This place is perfect for a couple or two girlfriends! Looking forward to returning to this place on our next trip to Lake como!

Great place to stay when visiting Lake Como. Very quite neighborhood but still close to everything you visit to see. Large apartment exactly as described.

Béa is an extremely communicative woman. You can discuss many interesting topics with her. Béa is cosmopolitan and a very warm person.

Love the place and the hosts. It is good that the bus stop is near. I like the trusting nature of my hosts. I definitely recommend this place! And I will stay here again if it (the place) is available!!

Coming back to Nadia’s house feels like visiting a favorite relative — if that relative had an insanely charming home overlooking Lake Como and made the world’s best homemade breakfast every morning. The room is old in the most beautiful way, full of character and little details that make you smile. Nadia herself is a gem — warm, attentive, and just so real. She thinks of everything before you even realize you need it. We’ve stayed here a few times now and honestly, it keeps getting harder to leave. By far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at — nothing else even comes close. If you're lucky enough to find it available, book it. Just leave a spot for us too!

We LOVED our stay here! Linda and Luigi were so welcoming and accommodating. We also loved the location, we were able to walk to many restaurants and enjoyed the slower pace of the village. It was easy to access via bus station. The homemade breakfast was UNBELIEVABLE… I already miss the warm croissants.

We had a great time staying at Rea and Benny's! They are extremely warm, welcoming and kind. We spent 5 nights with our 7-month-old baby and we felt at home. The accommodation is nice and the room is comfortable. Everything is beautifully decorated and furnished. It is also very well located, very close to the center and lots of restaurants nearby. Not to mention the beautiful view from bed, splendid! Breakfast was excellent, prepared in the early morning with a lot of love. Grazie mille Rea and Benny for hosting us and alla prossima!

Sara is a very sweet, smiling and helpful person❤️, Sara is also very flexible. Sara personally accompanied us to a restaurant, which was a great help. ❤️ Sara is definitely worth a visit, it is very beautiful and quiet at Sara's. Definitely recommend ❤️

Absolutely stunning location. small, beautiful town. very scary to drive into, but well worth it. seriously, if you aren't driving a smaller car, you're in for it. in our small rental, we were sweating lol. Laura was so incredibly kind and helpful. We enjoyed chatting with her before we left, and loved the breakfast she fixed for us. Her house is amazing, it's a 5 minute walk to the few restaurants in onno. You can also do some hiking, whose trails started at the restaurants. We hiked the 3 trail, and were blown away by the views (and goats!) it was a tough hike, though. all uphill! well worth it. would definitely stay with Laura again.

Our stay at this charming apartment just south of Lake Como was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn't have been better – incredibly easy to reach, yet wonderfully calm and quiet. It serves as the perfect base for exploring the breathtaking surrounding mountains, enjoying the beauty of Lake Como, or simply embarking on a hike straight from its doorstep. What truly made our stay special was our super lovely host, Barbara. She was incredibly welcoming and warm, and her dog, Lucio, immediately became friends with our own furry companion! And let's talk about the breakfast – it was simply divine! Barbara and her son provided everything you could possibly wish for, from delicious homemade goat cheese to incredible Apfelstrudel. We will definitely come back!
