The semi-detached house is 300 meters from Stecchi beach, a small cove of about 26 meters, formed by mixed gravel, protected by a high pier once used for loading the minerals of a nearby quarry. slightly farther away another beach . Between the two beaches there are a couple of natural pools, formed in the cliff where there is the very small beach of Maretto. The beaches can be reached on foot along the path that winds through the forest, to the right of the gate.

Strategic location for visiting the Calamita mines, excellent solution for motorcyclists and cyclists. Free municipal motorcycle parking very close 10 m away. The sunset in the evening from the terrace is beautiful. It has no heating. From 10/01 to 10/04/21 there are ordinances that limit traffic and roads closed due to sporting events.

We had a great time in this house, complete with everything one might need, spacious, well furnished , clean. It is located in the center of Capoliveri, but in a very quiet alley, close to all the shops and restaurants in the area, several paid and non-paid parking options. The view from the kitchen is priceless. Manuela is a kind and responsive person, ready to answer all your questions If we come back, we'll definitely come back .

We had a great time at Annalisa's house. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms and a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea (a terrace that is divided by a partition between two apartments). The house is a 5/10-minute drive from Capoliveri in a quiet area of pine forest and other houses. You can walk to the village and the sea, but it is not immediate. Annalisa and her parents were very kind and helpful. Very clean house, basic essentials were missing (soap, dish soap, paper towels, oil, salt...) and we found that the cost for sheets and towels was high, in fact, in the end, we brought our own. I hope we will be able to return as guests soon.

the location is perfect, on foot in a few minutes you get to Capoliveri. You look out on the balcony and every time I was left speechless by the beauty. Maria Rosa is super sociable and gave us great tips. I hope to be back soon!

The host was very welcoming and easy to contact. We enjoyed our time in the apartment very much, it was very beautiful. The view and the location was outstanding.

Central in the pedestrian zone of Capoliveri, quiet, the most beautiful terrace on site, loving amenities. Kitchen super equipped. After arrival, we got very helpful tips from Tinka regarding excursions and bars, restaurants. The house cannot be accessed directly, but good and free parking is available nearby. We'd love to come back
