Newly renovated! There's room to spread out in this guest suite for 2. 5-10 min walk to lots of neighborhood bars/restaurants, a coffee shop and a bus route to Downtown. Explore Nashville during the day, but get a quiet nights rest in a peaceful neighborhood. Close to the highways that take you everywhere! 10 mins to downtown, 10 mins to the Opry, and 17 mins to the airport. Off street parking. Only 11 miles to Broadway, and 10-15 minutes to the Opry and East Nashville! Get away from the city buzz in our quiet neighborhood without compromising proximity to downtown. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

Most of us know each other well and our kids have grown up together. To this day, we celebrate milestones, holidays and memories together. Miami (Avenue) might not be Mayberry, but it's pretty close! We hope you'll join us! Just 2 miles to the Grand Ole Opry, 12 to downtown Nashville and 10 to the Nashville International Airport (BNA).
