Roomy house with all the amenities that we needed. Host was responsive and gave clear instructions. TJ’s hand made ice cream up the street was yummy and we walked the muddy creek trail in the mornings.

Perfect location for a family reunion traveling from SC, NC and VA! The property has so much to offer we didn’t need to leave the house. Indoor and outdoor dining and cooking, pool, hot tub, ping pong, covered and uncovered decks, comfortable furniture and all the amenities you need add up to an amazing place. Thank you Eli for everything! We hope to make this an annual event.

Great place to stay! Very comfortable and close proximity to the smith river makes this a great location for an outdoors getaway.

We would definitely stay here again. Bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. On a clear day we had a beautiful view of the mountains and the valley below. Quaint shopping in Fancy Gap. Check out the wings and a beverage at Creek Bottom Brewing in Galax. Short trip to Mt Airy NC. We left feeling refreshed.

Amazing house on a dead end street with a beautiful view of the pond and woods. No neighbors except on one side but don’t even notice them. Very private and quiet with a lot of stuff to do. Myself and 6 co-workers were working out of town at the Toyota plant for the weekend so we decided to get a house. It was much cheaper than 7 hotel rooms and we never got bored after work. Only issue was the 2nd floor AC unit was struggling to keep up during the day but eventually cooled off by night time. Just needs some Freon I’m sure. Great communication with the management company about the issue though. Backyard is a dream: basketball, cornhole, fire pit and much more. Would definitely stay again, it’s a must rent for big groups of people.

The house was very spacious and a great fit for a large group. The neighborhoood was so peaceful and serene. I loved the dining room. The table was large enough for our entire group to eat meals together. Great location that was both private yet close to places Paul and Juliet had a guestbook which addressed everything you could possibly need regarding the home AND included food and entertainment suggestions for the area along with other recommendations. The notebook was an extremely valuable resource. Paul and Juliet were EXCELLENT hosts who responded to any inquiry very swiftly. I would DEFINITELY book with them again.

The home was inviting, clean and comfortable. The host was friendly and accommodating. They had some toys my grandson could play with. The back yard was large and had a zip line. Their home was warm and cozy. Wonderful place to stay!
