Amazing location. Modular kitchen was a must for us with a toddler. Clean home. Best and very trustworthy house help and building staff mega mega helpful. We loved every second of our month long stay here. Super quick response and resolution to every issue. Parrots and the building cats made my little boys morning. Stone throw away from Joggers park (there are ducks a major win win for us). Carter road is like hop skip and jump simply incredible (soooo many exciting things happen there daily). Construction work going on around but if you have the windows closed no problem at all. Virginia was so easily approachable. We had a delay with our flight and she was mega kind with a late check out. Thank you so much Virginia for sharing your beautiful apartment with us all. Until next time we are sure to rebook for our next visit. Worth every penny.

The house and space is beautiful, well kept and surrounded by huge garden and sea facing as well. My family and pets had a good chill time and loved the space. Awas Beach is walkable and minute away. Over all the place has good and safe vibe. The host was gracious to provide is clear directions prior so was easy to find as well. Def would recommend for all looking for chill and relax place while enjoying the sea view.

This place is truly special. The previous reviews don’t do it justice. It’s in the most beautiful location literally right on a pristine, secluded beach. It’s surrounded by nature - trees, flowers, chirping birds. The stars and the moon at night. You can bear the waves crashing from the living room. I didn’t see any neighbors the whole time. It is seriously paradise. The caretaker is wonderful, the host was responsive and helpful. I was able to order food on Zomato delivered in 30 minute. It was easy to get an auto rickshaw to take me into Alibaug town one day. The house itself is simple, not luxurious, but it’s clean and has everything you need.

Karan's place is great. There's a nice view of the sea from the bedroom and the location is in the heart of Bandra (cool neighborhood a bit north of the CBD and pretty near the airport). Would definitely recommend it.

Anita’s place is part of her home, where she lives with her warm hearted mother, so she’s always available. I’m very familiar with the area & have stayed in the expensive hotels like Novotel, Sun n Sands etc, but I wanted more human contact & also to be able to have time to myself, here I got both, plus there was a friendship born. Yes I’ll surely come again. I’d recommend Amita’s place to anyone, but please don’t expect 5 star spec’s & please make use of the terrace. I used it for morning Yoga & meditation practice, reading, writing & playing flute. Amita is a good soul & that matters🙏🏾

A totally magical abode. Amena is a superb - very proactive and available all the time - excellent communication. The best location in Bandra, the apartment is so well designed and perfect in every way, ‘Home is not a place - it’s a feeling’ and this is just that. Thanks Amena and Shehzaad for being amazing. The place was beautifully designed and maintained. The View is unmatchable. Akash and AB were responsive, on point and welcoming. Every place you would wanna visit in Mumbai are relatively closer compared to other accomodations in other areas. Overall, a great experience, would surely visit again.

One of the best n affordable home stays in Mumbai

We loved our stay at Henrietta's place. The apartment is right off Carter road with wonderful eateries and a beautiful view. The place is well-furnished with all the necessities one might require during the stay. Henrietta and Captain Vaz were gracious host and were very responsive with all our needs. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Bombay.

Our 4 days stay at the apartment was comfortable. Rooms are spacious and almost furnished. Gas stove, microwave, electric kettle and utensils were available. Issue with the RO filter was promptly attended and fixed. Overall it was a nice stay.

Listing is in the prime location and overall stay is comfortable as being in a mix of greenery and peace away from traffic and hustle and one of the washroom jet length the one in hall room could have been more convenient.

Great place to stay…. Lovely view of the fountain from the bed….. peaceful ambience…. Spotlessly clean…. Responsive host…. If long stay means cooking requires more utensils…. To mention the basic cooking groceries were available in the accommodation…. Would highly recommend for a great stay
