Awesome spot! Wish we didn't have to leave. Even managed to score some kettle corn! The level of hospitality put this location into another level.

The backyard was beautiful and a perfect place to relax in the afternoons and evenings. Everyone loved the pool. The place was a close drive to a lot of good restaurants in all directions. We had room to spread out since three of us had to work several days.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very clean condo with beautiful views from the patio. Saw dolphins almost every morning and at dusk. Close to many restaurants. Close to the beach also had a very nice and clean pool with plenty of chairs for seating. When we were there, the pool was not crowded at all. There were also beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas available to use. Well stocked kitchen with good pans for cooking and two grills that were available to use at no additional cost Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back

We got in to town late but were able to let ourselves in via David’s instructions, and the house looked exactly like all the pictures. One thing that drew us to this Airbnb was the amount of activities to do at the house and the baby/toddler amenities— the kids (10, 4, 1) were never bored, and when we couldn’t go to the beach they enjoyed the pool or played arcade games. Something I didn’t expect was the amount of beach supplies available, including children’s sand toys. They all came in quite handy! There was a desk available to work remotely, and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, etc for cooking and the grill was easy to use as well. Everything was perfect and picturesque! One thing that put a damper on our trip was the neighbor backed into one of our cars & left, so we had to file a hit and run report with the police— David went above and beyond to assist us and was able to get video footage from the neighbors showing the car that backed into us! 10/10 Highly recommend

We loved our stay here! The pictures do not do it justice. Our space was perfect for our family of 4 and was much bigger than the pictures showed. There is plenty of storage space for your things and the loft is perfect for the kids to have their own space. The tiki porch was awesome and the pool is right outside the back door. My kids loved feeding the turtles and koi in the pond. It is a short drive to the beach and only a 5-minute drive to downtown Dunedin. We loved coming back and relaxing in the pool after a day out. The property is so peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

House was super cute. The hosts thought of everything and had everything labeled as well as a guide book. Everything was clean. The only thing I would say was inconvenient was that we had to clean the pool frequently because of the foliage. A pool guy was supposed to come but we never saw anyone come clean the pool. That’s just a minor thing though and overall we loved our stay and would stay again!

Enjoyed our stay with our family. Kids and other guests loved the pool and outdoor activities. Hosts were extremely prompt whenever we had a question or needed assistance. Would definitely stay again if we visit the area in the future!

The place was super nice, clean, newer appliances, nicely decorated. We sat out and had coffee on the patio in the morning, overlooking the marina. The beach was just a short walk across the road. It was nice that there’s a crosswalk with lights right there. Overall, a very nice stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

We truly did love this place, the golf cart was an added bonus for easily / quickly getting to the beach. House was very cute and quiet. Pool was great ( hot tub doesn’t get hot but the jets are an added bonus) Our family really enjoyed our stay. Barry & Alisha both got back with me quickly about things/ questions. We absolutely will be coming back and staying again.

The family had a great time! We had plenty of room and lots to do! The place was located in a convenient location near lots of places that we were interested in! Danielle was quick to respond!

We had a fantastic experience with this rental. The pool and backyard were beautiful. House was very easy to find. Very easy to feel at home. AC was amazing. TVs in every bedroom and one out back by the pool. Close to many convenience and grocery stores. Close to the beach and only a 25 minute drive to Clearwater. The first day it rained we spent our day at Saltwater Hippie, highly recommended local hangout spot. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others!

Our stay was really great. The house was comfortable and clean. The beach was so close and easy to get to. The pool was perfect and had lots of toys and things to play with. We loved the corn hole and shuffle board. Grace took excellent care of us. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I can't recommend this house enough! My wife and I stayed here for honeymoon, and it was comfortable, felt very cozy, and had a great view of the West Coast Intercostal. The deck chairs and hot tub were great to relax in. The location is also nice - minutes away from the beach, restaurants, and boat rentals, and about a half hour drive from Tampa and St. Pete. Deanna was very helpful and communicated well.

Polly was very nice and responsive. Our instructions upon arrival were easy to follow and clear. The studio was pristinely clean, decorated nicely, and well accommodated. And location is great being 10 minutes from the beach. Would stay again

The house was exactly what we needed for a long weekend in Tampa. The area has a ton to do nearby, and it’s a quick jump to downtown Tampa. The house was the best equipped house we’ve ever stayed at from top to bottom. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend to those coming to the area.

I was extremely impressed with David’s home. He had a welcome book with instructions and local recommendations. His house was immaculate and well maintained. He even had chairs and umbrella for the beach! I felt right at home. Thank you David! You go above and beyond to make your guest feel at home and it is noted!! I will definitely book with you again!

the house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! the master bed was actually heaven. and we all fought over the amazing shower head in the main bathroom. the location is absolutely perfect just far enough from the beach but just right over the bridge to get there quickly. and walmart being right behind it comes in handy for all the items you find out you forgot to bring. will absolutely be booking again with her. already looking at 2 more weekends for this summer. we did not take advantage of the golf cart since we had a rental car but will definitely be using it next time!

We picked this listing because we wanted a home base where we could hang out as a whole family. From the pool, to the comfy living room and dining room set up, there was always space for all of us. This is probably one of the most well stocked rentals I've been to. From kitchen items to extra bedding and beach/pool items, whatever you can possibly need was there!

Excellent stay. Ken's place is very clean, well supplied, and the location is amazing. Steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches and walking distance to a fun John's pass. Check in was super easy and Ken was quick to respond to questions. The beach was so beautiful and the outdoor shower was great to was off the sand. The house really had everything. Highly recommend this property for a great vacation experience.

The Best Airbnb Stay We’ve Ever Had! I truly can’t say enough good things about our stay at Steven and Nicole’s beautiful home in Seminole. From the moment we booked, they were incredibly thoughtful, responsive, and kind. The communication was seamless, the instructions were clear, and their warmth was felt in every interaction. The home itself? Absolute perfection. It was immaculate, smelled so amazing the moment we walked in (I have since ordered the same diffusers for my home it smelled that great!!) and was stocked with every amenity imaginable — from fresh linens and full-sized toiletries to beach chairs, towels, and even a wagon for the beach. Every little detail had been thought through with care. It felt like we were walking into a boutique coastal retreat, not just a rental. The location was also perfect, close to everything we needed while still feeling private and relaxing.I’ve already told my parents this is where they need to stay when they visit! 10 stars!!
