The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.

On the heights of Roisey, between Pélussin and Maclas, at the end of a cul-de-sac, our vacation rental has found refuge in an old 18th century farmhouse, classified by the Heritage Foundation. It is a remarkable natural site located just below the Crêt de l'Œillon and the "Trois dents"; it faces the valleys of the Rhône, the Drôme and the Alps. Through the many surrounding paths, you can discover a strong and still preserved nature. It's completely peaceful.

Ideal for water activities (Kayak, rafting, Paddle) with its leisure center, "l'espace eaux vives". Cycling, hiking, trail running, and mountain biking. For wine lovers we are located in the heart of the vineyards, the Guigal cellars in Ampuis, Chéze in Charnas and Paret in Saint Pierre de Boeuf.
