What made it even better was how kid-friendly it was—there were lots of toys and activities for young children. Our 2-year-old son had an amazing time and felt right at home. The space is ideal for families, and Host was a great—very responsive and provided all the information we needed. Highly recommend this spot for anyone traveling with kids!

We had such a great time here! The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The stars at night were absolutely stunning. Highly recommend for a peaceful and beautiful place to relax.

We absolutely loved our time in Tekapo at Lisa’s AirBnb! Lisa is an incredible host, provided us with so many local recommendations and got the hot tub ready for us every night, but always gave us privacy once it was ready. The hot tub was so blissful and was incredible for star gazing! We weren’t at the Airbnb much, other than for using the hot tub and sleeping so the size of it didn’t really bother us, but a heads up for others that it is quite small inside and was pretty tight for us as we both had large suitcases. I wouldn’t let the size of the Airbnb put you off though, as it’s a great Airbnb!

Even went out of his way to tell us about the Aurora. Really appreciate the wonderful accommodation and excellent host. 100% recommend!
