There is a microwave, fridge and bbq, tea, coffee, crockery etc You can picnic in the gardens or say hello to the dogs, cats, & alpacas! Breakfast cereals, bread, jams, coffee, teas etc are provided . You can also treat yourself from our range of natural lavender products in our on-site shop.

Kingfisher Cabin is located just 10 minutes from Timaru and two hours from Christchurch and Dunedin. The cabin is set on farmland with a spectacular view of the ocean. The newly built cabin is exquisitely styled, with a restful and calming vibe.

Loft @ River Chalet

The Loft is a stand alone unit above the carport. It has a Queen size bed and a sofa bed the can sleep an additional two people. The bathroom has a spacious shower with a good hot water supply. The Loft has a good WiFi connection and a TV with all the Freeview channels. The ingredients for a rich continental breakfast will be delivered to you which you can prepare in the kitchenette and enjoy at your leisure.

“The Nest”

We are 2 kms from the town centre on a 5 acre block, we grow hazelnuts, vegetables and have our own beehive. It’s very quiet and restful. Great for a stop over from Christchurch to Queenstown or exploring Mt Cook. We are happy to recommend things to do in the area and places to eat.
