Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Cozy nest with modern comforts + private parking. Ideal for one or two couples or a family of five. Fluent in German and English in use.

Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

We offer you to stay in an annex of our home (separate from our home), which we have completely renovated. The place is located in the Nantes vineyard, 20 minutes from downtown Nantes. The house is fully equipped, a beautiful bright living room with living room/kitchen, a real 140 x 190 sofa bed. In the bedroom, a 140 X 90 bed. Added to this is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and all the comforts you need. We look forward to welcoming you!
