Very impressed with Vix's accommodation and the hotel was fantastic. Great surrounding, very friendly staff and great food. I have no problem in recommending this resort to friends and family. We will certainly be back.

Thank you Matteo for a wonderful stay. The apartment was everything as described and the morning swim was a perfect way to start the day. The picturesque setting gave us the authentic Italian countryside vacation we were looking for. “Grazie Mille!”

Claudia’s home was absolutely wonderful and so was she! We stayed for 4 days— too short a time—and ended up spending much of our time at the house. Claudia had excellent recommendations for local food and activities (including homemade pasta at the local market, which we loved cooking in the beautiful kitchen) and was always available to answer questions. The location is well situated— less than an hour from a variety of sights, from the frassasi caves to beaches and hillside towns scattered around Umbria and Marche. Wineries, olive groves, biking, hiking, etc. Plenty of activities to keep you busy, but our favorite thing was to enjoy the home, listen to the birds, and watch the sunset from the pool or hot tub. We also loved being here in early/mid May, when temps can be a bit cool but tourist crowds are still small. Highly recommend.

The place was everything you could hope for. A peaceful environment, a private yard, and beautiful scenery. A spacious home that was clean and had everything you needed. Plenty to do for a small child (our 2-year-old enjoyed the holiday just as much as the adults). I would recommend it to anyone looking for lots of space, tranquility, and natural beauty. A car is necessary, but getting around was easy. We also enjoyed spending time by the sea, about a 20-minute drive away. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Elisabetta is an incredibly warm and hospitable woman. Our breakfast each morning prepared by her wonderful son was a beautiful was to start each day. Her B&B is the perfect respite! We will return!

Das Anwesen und das Wohngebäude liegen in einer sehr ruhigen und entspannten Lage - perfekt zum Abschalten. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert, von der Buchung bis zur Abreise. Der Kontakt mit Paolo war unkompliziert, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Mit dem Auto ist alles gut erreichbar - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Klare Empfehlung!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l’appartamento “Il Selvaggio” per l’intero mese di agosto ed è stata una bellissima esperienza. L’appartamento, all’interno di una villa ristrutturata in un contesto incantevole e molto suggestivo, è dotato di tutto quel che serve per un perfetto soggiorno. La casa è splendida, pulitissima, silenziosa e con un terrazzo e una vista magnifica. Gli elettrodomestici, i materassi, i cuscini, il bagno, l’arredamento sono scelti con grande gusto e funzionalità. La posizione inoltre permette di visitare sia il sud delle Marche che il nord dell’Abruzzo con facilità. Supermercati, gelaterie, ristoranti sono facilmente raggiungibili. Teresa, suo marito e i suoi figli sono stati gentilissimi: sono state persone molto discrete, ma allo stesso tempo attente alle nostre necessità e ci han dato parecchi consigli utili. I prodotti dell’orto erano superlativi: pomodori e insalata da sapori unici. Speriamo di poter tornare magari in autunno/inverno!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig – perfekt, um abzuschalten. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom riesigen, eingezäunten Garten, in dem unser Hund rumspringen konnte – ein echtes Hundeparadies! Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und hat uns sogar ein paar Kleinigkeiten in den Kühlschrank gestellt – eine schöne Geste! Die Küchenausstattung war top, es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Ein Highlight waren auch die Hühner – frische Eier zum Frühstück direkt aus dem Garten, sobald sie welche gelegt haben. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, es gibt in der Umgebung viel zu unternehmen, und gute Restaurants sind ebenfalls nicht weit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Ho prenotato un soggiorno di due notti, arrivando venerdì sera tardi. Non abbiamo avuto problema né a trovare il luogo né ad effettuare il check in. Purtroppo però la mattina successiva siamo dovuti ripartire. Ma Roberta è Riccardo sono stati gentilissimi e capendo la situazione hanno modificato la nostra prenotazione per permetterci di avere un rimborso per la notte non usufruita. Abbiamo decisamente apprezzato il gesto. La location si trova in un luogo spettacolare, molto curato e vicino al mare. Peccato non aver potuto godere di più di questo posto bellissimo, ma sicuramente se saremo nuovamente di passaggio non esiteremo a ricontattarli.

Door de gastvrijheid van Erik en Isabelle voelden wij ons gelijk thuis. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn een drankje bij aankomst, vijgen uit de tuin kunnen plukken en veel kennis van de omgeving willen delen. Een omgeving waar stress ver te zoeken is en humor aanwezig is.

Silke was WONDERFUL! She was extremely responsive and helped with incredible recommendations and even made reservations for our group. She was friendly and was around to assist to however not intrusive. Our time there would not have been the same without her there! The views were stunning, even with the rain we had plenty to do and places to spend time. We spent many nights with great memories made on the veranda! Her house was magical and she was a joy! Danielle was super friendly and responsive and if you like to cook the kitchen is very well equiped.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich ideal gelegen in Sirolo. Zum Ausladen des Gepäcks kann man kurz vorfahren und dann das Auto parken ( dafür gibt es einen Ausweis ) . Danach braucht man das Auto nicht mehr. Restaurants, Bars und Supermarkt ist alles in der Nähe. Auch zu den wunderschönen Stränden kommt man zu Fuß - allerdings ist der Rückweg etwas beschwerlich weil es bergauf geht. Der kleine Pool und die Aussenküche sind einzigartig ,

Ein Juwel von einem Haus, tolle Architektur, viel Charme, viel Raum und ein sehr guter Groove - hier könnte man auch dauerhaft leben. Vielen herzlichen Dank, dass wir eure Gäste sein durften.

Un accueil chaleureux de Diana, avec un petit gâteau et un verre de vin du domaine. Nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison. Un havre de paix entouré de vignes avec un magnifique paysage de la région et des montagnes. Dégustation du vin du domaine incontournable par Amerigo nous faisant partager sa passion. Diana, Amerigo, Emanuele, Pietro nous ont ouverts leurs portes, fait visiter leur cave et faits participer à leurs activités. Toujours disponibles, prompt à nous rendre service ou à nous renseigner. La mer est à 15 mn environ, de beaux endroits à visiter aux alentours, Ascoli Piceno, Castel Trosino, Grottammare Borgo Antico, la Riserva Naturale Sentina, Civitella Del Tronto avec sa rue la plus étroite d'Italie. Nous avons passés un agréable séjour, dans un cadre magnifique et au calme. A la fin de notre séjour, nous sommes repartis avec un pincement au coeur. Nous n'oublierons pas la gentillesse et l'accueil de nos hôtes, sans oublier Charly, un adorable petit chien.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft und alles war bestens! Besonders begeistert haben uns der Pool und der Garten. Das Haus war super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Mit Cristina lief die Kommunikation trotz Krankheit hervorragend. Ihr Sohn konnte uns gute Tips gegeben. Die Unterkunft kann wärmstens empfohlen werden. Mückenschutz am Abend ist empfehlenswert. In der Dämmerung kommen doch einige Stechmücken.

Es war ein Urlaub im Paradies. Lino und seine Familie sind die perfekten Gastgeber, freundlich, großzügig und hilfsbereit. Vielen lieben Dank für alles!!!
