I Tre Lecci Holiday Home

ElisaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Very spacious apartment with attention to details. We felt right at home. The hosts had also left some things for breakfast (including milk, jams, tarts, etc.) and for cleaning. We didn't have to think about shopping because the bare necessities were already there (such as coffee for the morning, hand soap, etc.). Personal hygiene kits were also stored in the bathroom, which were much appreciated. Fabio and Monica were very helpful, responsive and friendly. A very positive experience!

Heaven on earth. The place is wonderful, in the middle of the countryside and tranquility, the house is very nice and equipped with everything you need and the outdoor space is nothing short of amazing. Irena is kind and helpful. RenĂš is an exquisite person. I hope to return in the future.
A well-appointed kitchen features modern appliances, including a stove and refrigerator. A light wooden dining table is set for several guests, accompanied by white chairs. The cozy sofa presents a mix of neutral tones and geometric patterns, enhancing the room's inviting atmosphere.

La Perla Blu - Casa Vacanze

Impeccable, new and well furnished house. Attention to detail and kindness from the homeowner. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house is cool. I enjoyed the quiet and my daughter also slept very well at the Blue Pearl.
The serene beach is framed by a tall palm tree, with soft sand leading toward the calm sea. Sun loungers are arranged under umbrellas, and people can be seen enjoying the gentle waves in the distance, creating a peaceful coastal ambiance.

Country Retreat with Mountain Views

EnyoRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

Luxurious Villa with pool, jacuzzi, gym & games

freddRating, 5 stars6 months ago
It was evident from the beginning that Fabrizio’s number one goal is to provide first class service to his guests. If you are looking for a beautiful home in a rural setting you won’t be deposited. As grandparents, my wife and I were looking for a place to spend quality time with our adult children, their spouses, and our grandchildren ages 8-14, and at the same time experience Italy from a rural perspective before going to Rome. Our stay in Massa Fermana was full of great experiences: truffle hunting, Italian cooking class and dinner for the entire family with our cook and her husband in their rural home, wineries, restaurants, gelaterias, seaside visit, travel to historic sites. and much more. Since it was the beginning of Olive harvest, we picked olives from the olive trees on our hosts property and although we were not able to have the olives pressed for oil due to time constraints, Fabrizio gave us a bottle of fresh pressed olive oil from the first harvest of the area.

A delightful Bijoux in the heart of the city

Luciano RosarioRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Very nice accommodation, on 2 levels, well maintained, with attention to the smallest details with taste and personality. Unfortunately, the stay was short, not being on vacation, so I could not take advantage of all the amenities that the accommodation is equipped with. My wife and I, with a small dog, were greeted with punctuality and kindness directly by the host's father, who personally informed us on how to best use the services of the house. The presence of 2 bathrooms is very convenient. Overall very satisfied. Recommended, especially for periods of a week or more. A few hundred meters away, you reach the splendid seafront of Porto San Giorgio, where you can walk for miles.
A serene outdoor area features a shallow pool surrounded by potted plants and stone terraces. Rolling hills and a clear blue sky provide a picturesque backdrop, with lounge chairs placed around the pool for relaxation. Sunlight highlights the natural beauty of the landscape.

Beautiful Italian retreat.

AndreaRating, 5 stars8 months ago
The house is an absolute gem, excellently equipped and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The secluded location in beautiful countryside lets you relax and immediately feel at home. The many beautiful seating options in the beautifully landscaped garden and pool offer plenty of opportunities to relax. The contact person on site was incredibly nice and very helpful, check-in and check-out were completely straightforward. Janet was available at all times and responded very quickly to requests. Definitely one of the most beautiful houses I have ever rented. Unfortunately, we were only there for a week, but we'd love to come back, so that's possible.
