Gabri (and co-host Piero Paolo were first and foremost friendly and welcoming. They were both super responsive and helpful and made you feel right at home in this idyllic coastal apartment. What a joy to spend such a relaxing time safe in the knowledge you can trust your hosts to be helpful and respond to your queries promptly and with warmth.

We had a great time. Accommodation as described in a great location x explore the surroundings. Andrea is a really kind host, he welcomed us in person by making us find Pizzette,juices and a bottle of wine in the kitchen. Recommended.

the apartment is a real gem, tastefully furnished, we really liked it. very comfortable beds (for us it was an essential thing). you are very well, we felt at home. a plus is the terrace, spacious for dining out and with two nice beach loungers for sunbathing. the owners very nice and helpful. the sea is a few minutes walk, clean and with very fine sand. it was a regenerating vacation.

A beautiful and peaceful apartment just outside the town center. Apartment is located in smaller building complex overlooking at nearby local green hills. It is situated 10 min walking distance to the beach and main town street with local sumermarket nearby. Apartment is in perfect condition, kept super nice and clean, equipped with everything you need for even a longer stay. Paolo and his wife are perfect hosts. Next to the amazing apartment, they run it perfectly. Very responsive, nice, polite and careful doing a small things that make a big difference . We really felt like home. If I ever return to nearby area I will make sure to contact them rent with them again. Thank you, Tonči and Josip

Where to even begin. I think Simone and Rita’s place was the single best Airbnb experience I have had to date. The place was incredibly clean and really well stocked. Everything from cooking utensils to oils and seasoning (plus coffee) was there waiting for us. The two outdoor patios and the option to open almost the entire place up was a luxurious experience. The place was bigger than expected and had room for all our stuff to be put away neatly. Simone and his family are incredible hosts. They were very kind, hospitable but always respected our privacy. Beautiful family and it was a pleasure to meet them. I would recommend and I will look to return and visit again.

Great experience, Martina was a very kind host, always available for any request. The apartment was equipped with everything you need, very clean and well organized. The sea, beautiful, easily reached with a 6/7 minute walk. Nearby there is everything you need, supermarkets, tobacco, pharmacies, and bars. Also close to the village of Grottammare Alta, with a view of the crazy sea. Conveniently reachable by scooters, bicycles or walking, along the very long cycle-pedestrian cycle, also the beautiful San Benedetto del Tronto, with many bars and restaurants. It was really a nice stay, thanks again to Martina and the kind Ivana, who made us feel at home right away!

Highly recommended. The house is cozy, equipped with every comfort, nothing is really missing, clean and tidy. Paola is an extraordinary, helpful and attentive host. My partner and I stayed here with our dog for 5 days. It was just what we wanted: a little secluded from the center of Sirolo, reachable in less than 5 minutes by car, quiet, away from the chaos, but not isolated, with a large courtyard perfect for enjoying the outdoors. A 5-minute walk away there is also a place that saves your day because it serves from breakfast to dinner. Excellent!

We really enjoyed our time in Fabrizio's flat in the old town of Fermo. The flat itself is spacious, well equipped, and located near to the central Piazza. The living room/kitchen and one of the bedrooms offer a nice view of the nearby sea and at least three of the rooms have amazing ceiling frescos. It's almost like living in a museum! Fabrizio was very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this flat to anyone visiting Fermo.

Francesco is an extremely attentive and professional host, we had a good time with him and the apartment is great. I highly recommend staying at this facility.

Stefania is a very empathetic host, she gave us great tips on the area and welcomed us with a warm welcome. Always ready with answers and responsive. The house is comfortable, there were six of us and it accommodated us according to our needs. Very friendly and also present are the parents, who live upstairs. I recommend the apartment, which is located in a point where it is easy to move around the various places to visit in the area. From the caves of Frasassi to Senigallia. I highly recommend it.

The accommodation is exactly as described in the listing and therefore perfect for a group of 6-7 friends. The host was extremely helpful in answering all questions, responding to our contacts in a very short time. The house is very welcoming and has everything you need for a peaceful weekend. One of the highlights is the view from the balcony, which allows you to enjoy the sunset.

Sandro was very friendly, and an experienced host. His place is very spacoius, on the 3rd floor with a spectacular view of the surrounding countryside, quiet, secure with gated parking, and all services within walking distance. Camerano is a small hilltop town with great cycling all around. We had a great stay!

Everything is perfect, the house is wonderful, the terrace spectacular! From the photos the house looks beautiful but I assure you that in person it exceeds expectations! I was amazed by the attention to detail, nothing is missing, and everything is designed to make the guest find every comfort! For us who travel by motorbike, finding the house already equipped with practically everything is really very convenient. Finding coffee, wine and water, are truly remarkable touches and not so easy to find. Everything is highly recommended! Goodbye!

Lovely stay. The hosts were very helpful. Made recommendations for trips and responded very quickly. The place was older date, but fine working. Lovely air conditioning. Lovely large pool with sun beds. Nice view of the water. And short walk to beach and town. The parking stall is very small.

I stayed at Marco's with my family for a week. The house is very nice, it perfectly matches the description. It is close to the center of Numana and you can reach both the Spiaggiola and the Frate Beach on foot. It is convenient as a starting point to visit the entire Conero Riviera. Great experience.
