We felt very comfortable in Matina's apartment. The location is perfect for walks and swimming at the Maggia or Melazza - which our dog also liked. Glad to come back!

Perfect apartment for your stay in Locarno

The apartment is very wonderful - we enjoyed every moment ,very clean and complete and its location is more than great , very safe as no one can go up to the apartment without a special key for the elevator . Miss Jennifer was waiting for us in front of the building , she is a very nice person and went up with us to the apartment and gave us all the information we needed . She prepared a file related to the apartment and all the restaurants and shops and their locations in the town , she was with me by message about anything I need . I will come back next year and repeat living in the same apartment.

We loved staying at Alessia’s place. Beautiful view and great location. She was also very helpful in picking us up from the ferry and setting up a boat tour for us. I’d definitely recommend this place!

We felt very comfortable in Carmen's apartment. It is very centrally located close to restaurants that we liked and offer you a good meal. The apartment itself is very well furnished. We also particularly liked the garden with the pool and the deck chairs. Carmen is very helpful and friendly and we can only recommend her as a host.

We had a lovely stay, Barbara is very welcoming and even offered to cook for us. This is a lovely apartment with beautiful lake views.

Nestled at the very top of the hill in Torno, this modernized apartment has amazing views of Lake Como. Francesco was very responsive, friendly, and had great recommendations.

This was a lovely holiday here and Adriana was friendly and helpful even though English was not one of her languages. Clean and very comfortable accommodation- upstairs and down. Not a lot of room in main bedroom. Great bathroom and very easy to use kitchen . Coffee, jam, milk and crackers all provided . As we came from Australia ( most guests were from switzerland) we were unaware of local restaurants recommended and where to get groceries locally; so perhaps written instructions could be done for future guests. There is a little lack of privacy near the bathroom to the bedroom and perhaps lack of privacy near the door and in the lounge room. Great stay for seven days and highly recommended.

This Airbnb is lovely, very modern on the inside and in a peaceful location away from the city. It’s perfect if you want tranquility but still well located for things to do nearby in Lugano. The place was spacious and clean and perfect for us as a family of four.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was super equipped and totally clean and inviting. We felt right at home. The kitchen was even set up so that you hardly had to bring anything from home. The view was also fantastic and the climb to the house is definitely worth it. Tobias is a great host! We immediately received accurate check-in information and everything else. The contact was super friendly and straightforward. Cristian was very proactive, responsive, and professional. If you want to visit Lake Como I highly recommend this place. I will likely stay here again if I visit Como in the future. Beautiful views and a one of a kind terrace/rooftop to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks.

Quirky yet traditional place with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Location is great (the parking spot really helped!) - close to Locarno, Ascona and the Valle Verzasca. Carlos was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend

The apartment was actually much more beautiful than shown in the pictures. Giada has really thought of everything, the equipment is lovingly selected, nothing is missing. Everything is spotless and stylishly furnished. The arrival was well prepared and Giada is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we had almost only rainy days, so we were all the more pleased about the mega beautiful apartment and the hot tub. Unfortunately, the place Marzio is not very lively. If you are looking for peace, relaxation and tranquility, this is the place to be, there are great hiking opportunities. The apartment was the most beautiful accommodation we've ever had. One of the most stunning locations you can imagine on Lugano. Right on the lake, 3 storeyed and superbly kept. Don't think. Just go for it if you are considering Lugano. Fantabulous views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is tastefully decorated, extremely well maintained and corresponds exactly to the pictures. We were also impressed by the location: very close to the beach and downtown, yet pleasantly quiet. The parking space right outside the door was particularly convenient. At night there is absolute peace, and the small balcony overlooking the countryside invites you to relax. Thank you for this nice short vacation — we will be happy to come back!

Wow! We have fallen in love with Varenna! We are so happy that we booked Marco and Syliva's wonderful apartment who were very welcoming! A breathtaking (beyond words or photos) view awaits you in the apartment. Everything was as pictured and even better. The terrace outside was an extra bonus! Large and private with an incredible view of course. The beds were very, very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless - good size, all the amenities and the shower was very nice with good water pressure and hot water. The apartment is up the hill from the ferry and quiet and peaceful. A short walk (5 min) brings you into the main square of the town. Varenna is small, so everything is close. Restaurants amazing! Al Prato and il Cavatappi were great! The Monastery & Villa Capressi - gorgeous! We took a boat ride. We toured other amazing villas too. Plenty of room for me and my husband & our adult daughter. What a beautiful property. The accommodations are stunning and very well done. Kitchen is equipped well for light meals to enjoy in the fabulous garden terrace with the most amazing views of the lake. We truly enjoyed the space and the terrace. The renovation to this property was done with care and attention to detail, with contemporary and clean Italian design. Functional and beautiful. Nicholas was an amazing host. He helped us with food recommendations, reservations, beach clubs or any information or help we needed. Couldn’t recommend this property more. Will definitely be booking again on our next trip to lake Como!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as described – clean, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you might need. We especially liked the quiet location and the comfortable bed. The bus stop right in front of the apartment was also very convenient. The host was very friendly and helpful, the check-in was completely uncomplicated. We will be back and can absolutely recommend the apartment!

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.
