Giacomo and Antonella are the perfect hosts, received us and showed us their house, and were always very kind and responsive. Everything is brand new and with great taste. The apartment is very cute, well-equipped and clean. The huge highlight of this listing is the location. Beautiful views from the pool between sea and mountain. Breathtaking... Incredible sunsets! A very convenient pool when you have young children with a deep side and a pool side. The residence is very well maintained and flowery. We appreciated being able to arrive at any time on the day of our arrival thanks to the key safe. Lots of nice little corners nearby. And finally, a very friendly and responsive hostess. We loved the accommodation, we would 100% recommend it!

We had a wonderful vacation in Giuseppe's apartment. There were 2 cots for our children of 1 and 2 years old and the apartment was very suitable for small children. The private parking space directly on the terrace of the apartment was also very useful when one of the children had fallen asleep in the car and could finish his nap in the car while we still had a view of them from our terrace. We'd love to come back.

we loved our stay at here! it's a truly beautiful and comfortable apartment in a great neighborhood of Palermo, many attractions and great bars within a short walk. the terraces are just a dream, we spent a lot of time just enjoying the space. Valentina was very responsive and helpful: there was some construction and scaffolding that went up on the facade of the building during our stay, and she checked in with us to make sure it was ok. would absolutely recommend staying here! just be prepared for the 4 very steep and narrow flights of steps: wasn't too much of an issue for us but it is quite a climb if you have any kind of mobility issues.

Very nice and very clean accommodation, immersed in the beautiful nature of San Vito lo Capo located 10 minutes from downtown. Super helpful and kind host. Unfortunately, the first night we punched a car tyre and he helped us promptly solve the problem, he saved our vacation! Highly recommended 🙏🏼

Absolutely breathtaking! We loved our stay and would absolutely come back! My husband and I were in town for a wedding and this location was absolutely beautiful and perfect. Walking distance to great restaurants and views to die for! Super cute cottage vibe. Great to fall asleep listening to the ocean. Thank you!!!

Beautiful stay with a picturesque view! Everything was clean and well kept. The Pool was a great refreshment. Even Scopello was a lovely village with good restaurants and a lovely beach. Would definitely come back

the host was already awaiting us, we did not have to wait a second for check-in. the place was very nice and big, also it had a parking spot which was great for us and our rental car :) the host was flexible, friendly and super responsive and communication was easy. thank you!

I am here visiting from the United States with family and needed to stay separately from them very last minute, this is my first time out of the country and I am SO glad I found this air bnb. Anna was absolutely so amazing and welcoming to me, even though I pretty much booked the day of. As somewhat of a solo traveller in a new city and foreign country I felt very safe and welcomed. She made every effort to make me feel comfortable even though I don't speak Italian at all, the instructions were very clear. Anna and Giuseppe gave me many great recommendations for foods around the city, we tried all of them and they were all fantastic. I cannot thank you two enough for making my trip to Castellammare smooth and enjoyable!

We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect. The apartment is lovely, comfy beds with great bathrooms. Gorgeous views from the terrace. It’s an easy walk into the old town …and lots of great restaurants. Roberto was a kind and responsive host and helped us book a driver for the day. Would absolutely recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Melania's apartment. Nice apartment that has everything you need and with incredibly central location, walking distance to everything. Very unique and interesting with the market outside the door, you really get to enjoy the energy of Palermo, we sat daily on the balcony and enjoyed it all (very big contrast with Sweden :-). In the evenings it was quiet as the market closes later in the afternoon so it was a perfect balance. Melania is the perfect host! Professional, smooth and very good communication. Everything flowed super smoothly. We also got many great tips on things to see and local restaurants. Can really recommend Melania's apartment and will definitely stay here again next time it will be Palermo.

Angelo communicated very well and if you had a question he answered immediately and was helpful. The room has everything it needs and was very clean. The location is very good, but a little noisy at night. With the windows closed, it is quite quiet. We would rent the apartment again at any time to visit San Vito lo Capo. Thank you, Angelo.

Great start of our holiday in Sicily. More quiet place with beautiful sunsets every night on the roof terrace or boulevard. Well located for trips to inland, Palermo or west side of the island.

Everything was The best!!!!

Giuseppe and his wife were wonderful hosts! They met us at the apartment when we arrived and gave us all the instructions to get settled, making sure we felt right at home! The location was perfect for walking into the town or to the beach, it was also only two blocks from a bakery with the best pizza in town! Parking in front of the building was very convenient, and the rooftop eating/BBQ area was a wonderful spot to enjoy the warmer evenings. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

Such a hidden gem walkable to most sights and easy to get around. Silvia was so easy to connect with. And even helped schedule a transport at the end of our stay. The flat was beautiful, modern and super clean! Everything you could need AND a hot tub too!! the Air conditioner worked great and the patio was perfect for coffee in the morning. We would return if in Palermo again

Very friendly host, loved staying there, you'll feel like a real sicilian. very quiet and safe neighborhood and good for a walk downtown with many restaurants. lovely place, highly recommended. they always replied to my questions for recommendations nearby. we had a lovely stay. everything was perfect apart from the smell of humidity quite strong that can't leave despite the means tried by the host because lack of natural ventilation and air current possible. I think the hot tub is useless and adds even more humidity but that's only our opinion. and the mattress can be too soft but for a few nights, it's not a big problem. we loved the location, the ease, the exchanges and the availability of MAuro compared to our requests. thank you again! we had a great stay

Absolutely loved Giovanni’s place in Palermo. - one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at. The apartment was even better than the pictures, so spacious with super high ceilings and huge windows that let in tons of natural light. It felt really warm and welcoming, and it was the perfect place to come back to after a day out in the chaos of Palermo. The apartment had everything we needed, whether you’re staying for just a few days or longer. Communication was smooth and easy from the start, and Cristina, who met us to check in, was lovely and super friendly with lots of great local tips. The location was great, very central but also felt safe and comfortable. The building itself is really well maintained, with a beautiful lobby and even a doorman. And it has an elevator which was a nice bonus for all of our luggage. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Palermo!

Our stay in Alessandro’s apartment was perfect. We had a warm welcome from his mother Giusy that took us to the apartment. The place was in a very quiet neighborhood with a local supermarket just around the corner. The three air conditioners (one in each bedroom and one in the kitchen/dining area) were a deal breaker. Also the private parking space (with an extra fee) just a few minutes away made our stay easier and we had peace of mind regarding the safety of our car. Alessandro was always responding within a few minutes and we thank him for making our stay in Palermo such a beautiful experience.
