Nice cozy renovated studio close to all amenities, IUT, SNCF train station, nursing school. Located on the 2nd floor of a small condominium without elevator in the city center in a quiet area. Private parking space included in the residence. The warm accommodation will allow you to have a pleasant stay. Convertible sofa (DUNLOPILLO) Bed linen and towels not provided but optional rental (price €15) End-of-stay cleaning also optional upon request (€30)

Le Noëlas Family: bright, spacious and quiet

In the heart of Roanne, beautiful spacious apartment (66 m2), bright and quiet, on the 2nd floor (with elevator) with two real bedrooms on the building's wooded inner courtyard. We recently renovated it, carefully furnished and tastefully decorated to make you feel good as soon as you arrive. The plus: secure and free parking in the basement of the residence (access height limited to 2 m). The city center with its shops and restaurants is a 5-min walk.

Studio Hubeli - city center (8 min from train station + wifi)

This studio on the 3rd floor in the center of Roanne can accommodate 2 people. It is located just 50m from the pedestrian street, opposite the Lycée Jean Puy and Saint Paul. You will have walking access to downtown restaurants, bars and shops The train station is only 10min walk away. You will have documentation to visit Le Roannais and we are available to answer any questions you may have 🙂 IMPORTANT: To access the elevator there are a few stairs.

Farmhouse accommodation

Small apartment on the farm, refurbished, located in the countryside, 1 km from the village of MABLY and 8 km from the center of ROANNE, 1 double bedroom + possibility of sleeping on a sofa bed. For a single night booking, sheets are not provided. If you forget, you will be charged 10 euros. Blankets are available. From a reservation of 2 nights, the room will be equipped with sheets and duvet but you will need to provide sheets for the sofa bed.

Résidence des Sables – A3 Paris

This apartment can accommodate 1 to 6 people. It is composed of a living room with equipped kitchen, sofa bed and TV; 2 bedrooms with double bed and desk; a shower room; toilet; a terrace with table and chairs. A parking space will be reserved for you on the property grounds. Swimming pool accessible from June to September (depending on weather conditions) Tip: this place can be merged with Apartment 4 – Rome to accommodate up to 10 people!

Hi. Our house is located in a charming village where peace and quiet reign. Enjoy the charm and serenity of the countryside while staying close to urban amenities and activities. Weather permitting, you can enjoy the swimming pool which is shared with us (from June to September). Your hosts Emmanuelle and Julien, who live nearby, will be happy to advise you on the choice of the many restaurants and must-sees in the Roanne region.
