Spacious and bright apartment, located in a quiet area in downtown Roanne. Located 3 min walk from Roanne train station and 2 steps from the city center. Fully tastefully decorated, this apartment is ideal for a family or group of friends looking for discovery or professionals on the move. You are on the first floor of a building of which we are the owners, with access to the accommodation via an external staircase giving access to the private courtyard of the building.

In the heart of Roanne, beautiful spacious apartment (66 m2), bright and quiet, on the 2nd floor (with elevator) with two real bedrooms on the building's wooded inner courtyard. We recently renovated it, carefully furnished and tastefully decorated to make you feel good as soon as you arrive. The plus: secure and free parking in the basement of the residence (access height limited to 2 m). The city center with its shops and restaurants is a 5-min walk.

Studio in the basement of the house, open to the pool and with a breathtaking view, offering you a comfortable stopover in Riorges, close to the Le Scarabé theater, the Troisgros Restaurant and Roanne city center. - Parking in a secure courtyard, - Electric car charging possible (Green'Up), - Access to Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, From Oct. to mid-May: the swimming pool is closed. We do not accept guests without reviews or with incomplete profiles.

Farmhouse accommodation

Small apartment on the farm, refurbished, located in the countryside, 1 km from the village of MABLY and 8 km from the center of ROANNE, 1 double bedroom + possibility of sleeping on a sofa bed. For a single night booking, sheets are not provided. If you forget, you will be charged 10 euros. Blankets are available. From a reservation of 2 nights, the room will be equipped with sheets and duvet but you will need to provide sheets for the sofa bed.

Résidence des Sables – A3 Paris

This apartment can accommodate 1 to 6 people. It is composed of a living room with equipped kitchen, sofa bed and TV; 2 bedrooms with double bed and desk; a shower room; toilet; a terrace with table and chairs. A parking space will be reserved for you on the property grounds. Swimming pool accessible from June to September (depending on weather conditions) Tip: this place can be merged with Apartment 4 – Rome to accommodate up to 10 people!

Ground floor apartment in a villa

Very functional 35 m² independent apartment with garden views, on the ground floor of a villa located in the middle of a wooded plot, inhabited upstairs by its owner. Parking in the courtyard secured by an electric gate. Very quiet area. Supermarket 2 minutes' walk. 5-minute drive to the Scarabée. You will have a large terrace with a table and chairs allowing you to have your meals outside and access to the lawn located in front of the house.

Hi. Our house is located in a charming village where peace and quiet reign. Enjoy the charm and serenity of the countryside while staying close to urban amenities and activities. Weather permitting, you can enjoy the swimming pool which is shared with us (from June to September). Your hosts Emmanuelle and Julien, who live nearby, will be happy to advise you on the choice of the many restaurants and must-sees in the Roanne region.
