The house was built in 2018 and is located in an open place with sun from morning to evening, only 500 meters from the sea. There are several nice swimming coves nearby but also fantastic rock pools. At Basteviksholmarna, about a 15-minute walk from the accommodation, is the restaurant Bastevik Bar & Cafe, where good food and drinks are served, with a troubadour some evenings.
