Welcome to the wonderful little island Rösholmen, located right between Kungshamn and Smögen. A real summer paradise! Rösholmen is perfect for those of you who want a quiet and unique stay in the middle of Bohuslän, where Smögen and Kungshamn's offerings are around the corner as well as an incomparable nature. The island is very popular with families with children as there is a lot to discover and do. There are nice cliff baths, a sandy beach in a sheltered bay with jellyfish, tennis courts, ping pong room, sauna raft, barbecue area, playground, seafront with kiosk.

Large house by the sea overlooking Gullholmen!

House by the sea with room for both community and privacy. From the generously sourced balcony that accommodates both lounge group and dining area, a lovely view over the sea and Gullholmen is provided. The house is on three floors, on the first floor can accommodate, among other things, sauna/shower and laundry room. On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms, bathroom and a small office. At the top is the common area with the living room, dining and kitchen in an open plan. Ellös is also a perfect starting point for outings such as to beautiful Käringön.

In this fresh house you live comfortably and close to the sea and everything that Skaftö can offer. With two bedrooms and a sofa bed, 6 people can sleep in the house. A wonderful southwest facing terrace provides the opportunity for comfortable moments and good meals in the sun. Kitchen and bathroom are well equipped - everything is a high standard! The sea is a few minutes walk away and there is a beach that fits big and small (shallow). You park right at the house and of course there is wifi. Pet-free and smoke-free inside and outside.

Small apartment of 19 sqm with proximity to both forest and sea. Close to nice walking paths, swimming and plenty of mushrooms in the fall :) The apartment has a fantastic patio where you can barbecue and enjoy the sun. About 10 km to Lysekil center. Outdoor sauna is available to use at the neighboring house. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, AC and combined micro/oven. Possibility to sleep 2 adults and 2 children. Slightly cramped but it's working. Note: only 2 meters in ceiling height in the center.

Turn-of-the-century house with large garden where the forest is one of the neighbors. Newly renovated kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Have a morning coffee in the sun on the front or enjoy the evening sun on the back. Play ball on the lawn, grill something good, or relax on the sofa. Cycling distance (3.8 km) to the sea. 20 km to Lysekil and just over 30 km to Smögen. This is our country house where we go on weekends, hence there are some private things out front that you can borrow if you return them.

Centrally located between Hunnebostrand and Smögen

This property is close to nature, directly adjacent to Sotenäsleden, with only 500 meters to Sotekanalen and Ramsvikslandet. Nevertheless, you can easily bike to both Hunnebostrand's center (3.5 km) and to Smögen/Kungshamn (5 km). Only 100 meters from the bus stops also provides good opportunities to transport yourself between the communities.
