Gorgeous accommodation. The garden is also beautiful and perfect for a SoCal evening. Loved staying here. Hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating.

SPEECHLESS! I surprised my amazing girlfriend with a valentines day weekend getaway and found this hidden gem! From the communication to the stay, everything in between was immaculate. Michael and his wife could not have made us feel more welcomed. The love and care they show as hosts is reflected on how beautiful and welcoming the property/stay is. I cannot wait to come back and have another amazing weekend getaway with my gf. 100 out of 10! Thank you again for such a great experience!

if you're looking for a PERFECT Arbnb, this is it. Front porch for coffee in the AM, your own backyard perfect for family dining outdoors surrounded by delicious fragrant lemon and grapefruit trees, hot fresh coffee available with freshly baked pastries that Scott graciously provided as a welcome gesture, Ghiradelli chocolates on the bedroom pillows and Figi water bottles on each night stand in the bedrooms, with the MOST comfortable king size bed I've ever slept in...Scott goes above and beyond to make his guests feel at home, comfortable and relaxed. In addition to the fact, this is a PERFECT walkable location to restaurants, beach and shopping. You really have no need for a car. Our son lives in LA, and now we've found our home away from home. Thank you Scott for your kindness and hospitality and 5 star accommodations.

MK and David were beyond amazing hosts! This was my first time to LA for a premiere of a film I produced and their place had sadly booked up for the first two nights of my trip. The first place I had booked had unfortunately been a scam located miles from the listed locations and description and in an unsafe neighborhood. I was unaware of the LA law requiring hosts to live on the property and MK was so helpful in explaining and assisting in our stressful pivot to find another place to sleep for two nights before staying at their home as well as how to contact AirBnb it. However, once we arrived their home was so peaceful and beautiful. MK described the location as a Goldilocks climate where it doesn’t get too hot or cold and the fresh air relaxing after a stressful few days prior-and was an unforgettable way to end my first big film premiere. I can’t wait for another time in the future to visit LA to sightsee more and would love to stay at MK’s place again!

The building is very secure and the gym and rec room are great places to try out while you’re staying in the building. I wasn’t able to go to the pool but you can see it from the balcony. Felt like I was at a friends house. Easy check in and check out instructions. Would stay again.

We had the best time at this place. Joe was very helpful and prompt to answer any questions we had. We loved it so much we checked to see if we could extend a day. Our girls loved the hot tub and pool area. Joe gave us great directions on checking in with thorough diagrams that made it simple. I would recommend this place to anyone who was staying in this area. We absolutely loved it and didn’t want our stay to end.

Lovely space for us and our two teenage daughters to stay while we finished restoring our house from the Eaton fire. We know the area and were a bit concerned street parking could be difficult but thankfully there were always a few street spots close by.

My family and I had a great stay at Patricia’s place. The kids loved playing outside, we were able to prepare meals in the kitchen. Everything was clean and matched the photos. Patricia is also very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again!

Daniel was a good host. The instructions were straight forward and the place was as described. The place was clean and well maintained. The wif worked. Finding a consistent place with no negative suprises is a challenge and Daniel’s place is as advertised. There is coffee stocked and towels and supplies so it is a ready to stay in place which is great. Thank You Daniel!
