Vacation rentals with a kayak in Lyngdal Municipality

A really nice cottage with a fantastic view over the lake and a very short drive to the nearest place. If you like it quiet and idyllic as we like and also like to sit outside on the terrace in the evening, this is the place to be. The flower- and perennial garden makes you feel like in another world. I have rarely seen something so beautiful with so many bees, bumblebees, and other insects. For the very steep driveway to the house, there is an alternative parking space at the bottom of the lake. The access from the car park at the top of the house to the entrance is via a small stone path/road.... heavy trolleys for pulling are rather inappropriate here. The amenities in the house were very good. There were plenty of dishes and cleaning utensils. We highly recommend this house.

Everything went smooth, nice and easy. The owner was very kind and showed us how the boat works. The house was clean and had a pretty view. The communication was good and we were really happy with what we got! 10/10 would recommend!

Leirvikodden is a lovely place in a lovely town, and a perfect starting point for a nice holiday. You can pee down to the water for a dip, enjoy the peace on the terrace or in the garden, possibly hiking down to Mandal's idyllic southern center or lovely beaches. In addition, you have several activities for the whole family within a small hour drive. Felix the cat is a delightful and relaxed type, no problem having him there. We had 3 kids aged 1.5-8, they had a lot of fun all week. In short, a wonderful stay and a warm recommendation of both the space and the host!

An amazing gem. The most beautiful view and the house was nice and clean and cozy furnished. We quickly felt at home. Very quiet area, and in walking distance to both beautiful nature and restaurant, and shopping. Not to communicate. It's definitely not the last time we come here.

We had some lovely days at the place. There were all the things we needed and great with hot water. Satu and the owner were very friendly and accommodating.

There were six of us (2 adults, 4 children aged 16-4 years) over Christmas in Jan Erik's cozy house and we felt very comfortable. In summer it is certainly much nicer because you could just do little outside. But the house didn't lack anything. The only thing that could be improved is the range of the Wi-Fi.

We stayed there for 3 nights and felt very much at home. The house is very comfortable and personally furnished. It is right on the lake with beautiful views and we were able to swim, boat trips, hiking, mushrooms and berries. The communication with Hilde was very friendly and positive. We highly recommend it and thank you for the nice time.

I had a great stay at this beautiful house. It has everything you need to have a good time and the location is perfect. Raymond always responds very quick to my messages and is very friendly.
