The apartment contains a large bedroom with a double bed and plenty of closet space, a living room with a good sofa bed for 2 adults, a nice kitchen-dining room with a new white kitchen, and not least a nice balcony overlooking the green areas around Lyngby and Bagsværd Lake. The apartment is not suitable for small children.

Within walking distance there are several restaurants, an ICA store, gym, bus to Malmö, library and the harbor with even more restaurants and above all the fantastic sandy beach.
