Fantastic place to stay! Our family loved every second and was even more wonderful than what we were expecting especially as this was booked for a surprise birthday weekend away. Hosts were friendly and kept us up to date if they need to. Instructions, and helpful guides were given. Can’t recommend this place and hosts enough. Thank you for a fabulous stay! Roberts Family

This is such a beautiful place to stay, waking up to bird singing and siting in the garden watching the sunrise was amazing. The house is very homely, and comfortable. The hoist left clear and easy instructions to make life easier. Would stay here again.

The surroundings were lovely and a large enclosed garden was great for the dog and our 3 children. we had many a happy night in the hot tub. Lots of things for the kids to play with. We drove to all the local beaches would say most things are within an hour's drive and would recommend watermouth castle as a day out if you have kids!

Lovely stay at The Nest. Great communication from the host, beautiful home and wonderful location for exactly what we needed. Our only point to note is that the cottage is not where it says on Google & Apple Maps and there is no phone signal in the area. This meant we had to ask people in the village for their help to find the correct location. Using ‘what3words’ or clear directions would maybe be helpful for future guests 😊 Overall a lovely stay and would recommend.

A beautifully kept cottage with plenty to do within walking distance, friendly locals, and an unlimited amount of nature to explore. Ceri and Daniel are great hosts, and clearly care about their guests! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, would highly recommend.

Emma and Kevin were the most friendly and attentive hosts - nothing was too much trouble for them! They provide us with lots of information on the property and local surroundings, recommendations on things to do and checked in whilst we were there to see if there was anything else they could do for us. The property itself is in a quiet and peaceful location with a fantastic pub within walking distance and lots of other things within a short drive. The thought and care that has gone into the house is second to none, with a wood fire, jacuzzi, large bath, comfortable bed and a well stocked kitchen to name just a few of the amazing amenities. We had an wonderful time here and will absolutely look to be back in the not too distance future as we loved it so much!

Having booked holiday accommodation around the world for decades, we can honestly report that Fish Cottage rates amongst the very best. Blissfully peaceful, extremely well equipped, stacked with books and, served with good broadband, set in a fabulously planted garden and - glory of glories - no TV. Who could conceivably wish for more?

We had a lovely Easter Weekend, with the house ticking all the boxes! It is fully equipped with everything you need and the best distance we’ve ever had to the local pub!! It was about a 25 minute drive to Lyme Regis and a great location for exploring the area! Alison’s communication was extremely quick throughout our stay and the check in was really clear and simple. Would definitely recommend a stay here ☺️

We loved this cottage. It was close to the centre but it’s position made it feel tucked away from the main village. We loved the views and the feeling of spaciousness that looking down across the village gave us. We loved the cosy living room and the log burning effect gas fire was very realistic. The larder was very convenient for extra storage as we cooked every evening we stayed. We hope to come and stay again.

Spotlessly clean hideaway. So peaceful yet minutes walk from the centre of Dawlish. Completely safe walled garden for the dogs. Train station 5min away, great coastal scenery in all directions. Nice walk to Dawlish Warren and plenty of places to eat and drink. 3 generations and suited us all. Would highly recommend.

Cosy cottage. Walking distance to the beach. Lovely welcome pack with even a treat for the fur baby. This was our 3rd visit and we’ll be back!

We had such a great time at Caroline’s cottage, the location is stunning and the cottage felt immediately like home. Caroline has thought of everything and it’s the little touches which really made our stay, fresh local milk in the fridge, lovely soaps, shower gels etc. Extra rugs and a spare lead for our dog, and even a bat detector which our son really enjoyed. Overall a fab experience, we’ll definitely be coming back

We had a wonderful stay with Clive and his family, he was kind enough to let us feed his new born lambs. The Accomodation was very well stocked for everything we could need and was exceptionally well stocked for a baby

Enjoyed our stay at this charming cottage that was fully equipped for our family of 5. Full of character and spotlessly clean throughout. Gemma was very responsive, but also discreet so we had a lovely time and would happily return. Great location for exploring the area, and whilst in the countryside very close to all necessary shops etc.

Communication with Mark was great. The house is really lovely, as described, and the oak extension is great. It is tastefully decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and our 3 year old grandchild slept well in the peace and quiet. Thank you Mark.... we definitely would like to return.

Really lovely place to stay. Very friendly and welcoming. Well setup in cabin and good selection of dvds for wet weather. 4G was fine for us.

We had a wonderful stay at Eleanor’s cottage. The location is great, really close to the centre of Totness with quick access to great beaches and stunning countryside. Eleanor has some great recommendations in her welcome folder, particular faves were the independent cinema, Indian restaurant and Man beach. The house is well decorated and furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. We hope to visit again

Very comfortable stay and both quiet and peaceful. Well equipped, everything worked, a fabulous wood burner (plus electric radiators) along with an ensuite for each bedroom ensured a happy long weekend. Parking for two cars very helpful indeed. My second visit in two years.

Kirsten was quick to respond, very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The property was extremely well organized and located in a lovely, peaceful area. Highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely long weekend at Stoop Cellars with our 3 month old and 2.5 year old. The cottage had everything we needed, we even managed to do a wash of clothes to ease our return! The garden was beautiful and gave such joy to our eldest son for his Easter egg hunt! The beds were super comfy, the fire cosy with lots of firewood, honestly one of the most thought out airbnbs we’ve stayed in.

Perfect stay, cottage was beautiful and the views are amazing. We really enjoyed our time here and if we were to come back to Devon, we will book Willow Cottage again. Highly Recommend. Thank you Karen 😊
