Located on a short 10 minute walk from Eastcliff beaches and only about 25 to 30 minutes from Westcliff. A great choice for a couple or young family looking for a quick escape to the beach.

It was such a cozy little place. my wife and I really wished we could have stayed a little longer. a short walk to the ocean, good restaurants nearby and easy to get to with plenty of space. Loved it there!

This place was great! Spacious, clean, and definitely on my list to return if I ever need a stay in this area. Close to the transit station. The host also had a handy dandy folder with rules, restaurant recommendations, how to work and troubleshoot appliances , and more. I loved that they took the time to create that! Definitely recommend!

Everything was fantastic! Great little place to stay to go and explore the New Forest as it’s so close from Brockenhurst station and many places to go out to eat in the evening :) Fully recommend and Tracy was a brilliant host

We stayed for 3 nights at “The View”. The property was ideally located for exploring the Mudeford area. On the waterfront it had views that you would never tire of. It is set in a peaceful and quiet location and is perfect for a chilling break. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped if you choose to stay in. All in all we would recommend to others and will hopefully return to stay in the not too distant future 👍.

We absolutely loved this apartment. Two good sized bedrooms, wonderful kitchen, nice bathrooms. The whole apartment was meticulously clean and we were grateful for simple additions like toilet roll, kitchen foil, hand soap and cooking oil. It was helpful to have an allocated parking place; we had two cars so we also used the pubic car park, which was just at the end of the street. We stayed 4 nights and felt right at home. Would definitely stay at this accomodation again.

I really enjoyed staying at Suzanne's. Everything is provided. It's clean with quality fittings, a full kitchen and beautiful spacious shower-room. Suzanne was welcoming and helpful. I guess the only thing I had not worked out (although it's clear in the description) was that I would cook my meals in the kitchen downstairs and then have to take them upstairs to my bedroom to eat. Of course I could have sat outside at the garden table & chairs. It's a great advantage for me in staying somewhere, like Suzanne's, with a complete and well-functioning kitchen. And I loved the peaceful surroundings and great nights' sleep. Thank you Suzanne!

Absolute gem of a find! Perfect location for a busy two days at Paulton’s Park! Our toddler loved the huge garden and the “fancy” sofa bed! So lovely to have a self catering base away from the hustle and bustle! Directions from host were super helpful, check in was dead easy too! Lovely clean space! So great that the TV was smart so the toddler’s bedtime routine could be maintained with his favourite sleepy TV show! Supermarkets not too far away but lovely welcome basket with essentials! We are hoping to return next year ✨✨

It was very interesting to stay at this old historic coachman’s cottage. On a short walk there is little old travellers pub hidden away but obviously on what was once an ancient and now forgotten thoroughfare.

We had a lovely stay, warm, cosy and convenient. We would be very happy to stay here again.

We (two adults) stayed two nights for a friend’s wedding. The space was lovely and there was plenty of room. Although we only really used the space as a base the large living room could be easily used to host friends and there is a well equipped kitchen. Close by are restaurants, bars and a small shop. With a lovely view of the sea from just outside the front door and a walk down to the beach just around the corner this is a perfect place as a base for a weekend in the area.

Tracy’s home is beautiful and modern, super luxe and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay! The kitchen has everything we needed to cook an evening meal each night and the free wine and beer plus a coffee machine too with pods supplied was a nice touch. It’s within 10 mins walk of the lovely Westbourne Beach which we took advantage of every day, avoiding the crowds by Bournemouth Pier. Would definitely recommend Tracy’s place if anyone was looking to stay in the area and be close to the sea.

We had a great few days here. The flat is very quiet, comfortable and spotlessly clean with plenty of linen and towels and the kitchen is very well equipped. Richard and Vicky are lovely and very easy to contact as live locally. We really appreciated the early check-in when our plans changed, the welcome breakfast basket and the allocated off-road parking space. Richard met us to hand over the keys and talk us through how everything worked etc. Flat is centrally located in the village with everything on your doorstep including two convenience stores, cafes and places to eat (book ahead for both the Smugglers Inn opposite and the Lighthouse). The beach is only 5-10 mins walk away where you'll find the Needles cafe - fairly unassuming from the outside but very friendly and great cake with a great view out to the Needles on the IoW. We visit this area often and would have no hesitation in rebooking this flat.

what a lovely place to stay. safe, secure, spacious and lovely hosts. they are so friendly and could not go further to be of help with anything. Warminster shops are 8min drive away. Longleat safari is 10mins away and the pub at the top of the road, is very friendly. ring before to check how busy they are as we couldn't get food. thank you so much Nick, Liz and Charles

A fabulous place! I stayed with my wife and two children (4 and 2) and couldn’t recommend it more. The accommodation was perfect, it’s private, quiet, clean and has everything you need. A well organised pool house, with a kitchen and clean amenities you need. The pool and hot tub was a great addition that the children loved. The house is set in a quiet residential area that was perfect for exploring Winchester and Paultons/Peppa Pig World. Stephanie and her husband were attentive, polite and communicative if we needed anything. Made the 3 nights stay very easy, enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend.

We had a great bank holiday weekend. The place was perfect for our family of 4 with our dog. Our kids loved the hot tub. We also thought the kitchen was good for eating meals. The location is amazing especially if you are looking to go to the dog friendly beach, ferry, or restaurants.

What a lovely place and lovely hosts. The bed was so comfortable we slept more than usual, unless it was the lovely relaxing hot tub that tired us. The welcome food and treats and wine was very generous and very welcome. It was a very quiet and relaxing area. We stayed for 6 nights and would highly recommended

It is pretty expensive as stays go but is a great location right by the beach, plus it was half term. The flat was clean and really well presented and v spacious! There was an issue with the sky/tv when we arrived and it was sorted really quickly and Jonathan was v helpful. We had a lovely couple of days.

We had a lovely stay at Rivendell Park. Both Natalie and snick were perfectly friendly and helpful. They have recently taken over the site and have lots of plans. We loved the relaxed and intimate nature of the site. We everyone felt trusted and safe. The facilities are great and set to get better. The flat was great with the pool eifht opposite. Which was super convenient.hl great place for children to meet and enjoy playing together, while the parents can relax a little. Great park. With a really friendly team. We will definitely be back.
