Encosta Village - AL301

Modern vacation house implanted on the hang above the small town of Velas, in São Jorge Island, with a unique view over the ocean channel between the triangle islands (São Jorge, Pico and Faial). They are 5 walking minutes (going downhill) from the centre of Velas (shopping, cafés, restaurants), and 10 minutes from the natural swimming pools in the ocean. Please take into consideration that the return way on foot includes a steep climb of about 100 meters. It is 700 m until the harbour of Velas.

Located in the midst of the Biosphere reserve on the southern coast of Graciosa with a breathtaking view of 4 Islands and just 350m from the Ocean. Our freshly bio-renovated Quinta with a large garden is located in the middle of nature. But yet you get by foot within 7 min. to the nearest supermarket and in 15 min to a romantic Fish-Tavern. The Quinta is perfectly suited for 4/5 friends, or 2 couples who want a private space but also the company of there friends.
