This laboratory of architecture and contemporary design is located in the hills on the edge of Lucca, on 10 hectares of olive groves and forest, 10 minutes from the city.

The space
This property is the only one in the world with openable roofs. Villa Farfalla is a truly unique Tuscan getaway, built in white marble and set 200 meters above the city against a marble cliff, it offers you views on the city of Lucca from every angle. This property of 325 m2 located 10 minutes from Lucca, consists of 10 hectares of woods and olive groves. The property is isolated, gated and very secure. The house, furniture, interiors, sculptures and paintings were mostly designed by the owners who are archistars working for the most important Italian design companies. In the garden and inside the house are exposed more than 30 sculptures. The place allows great walks with Lucca view and even sea view after 1.5 hours walking
