Located on the rocky shores of Sapodilla Bay in Chalk Sound, Providenciales, La Mer South offers a modern Caribbean design with a touch of European charm. This luxurious 7-9 bedroom villa, situated right on the oceanfront, features a spacious 14,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. The airy ambiance is enhanced by the high vaulted ceilings, allowing the gentle trade winds to flow through, immersing guests in a sea of blue. Available as 7 or 9 bedrooms.

La Mer Villa South has spared no expense when it comes to its exceptional range of amenities. This stunning property boasts over 9,000 square feet of indoor space, featuring 7 guest bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, 2 additional staff bedrooms with shared bathroom, and 2 half bathrooms.
As you enter the second level, you will find the impressive great room, which includes an open kitchen, dining area, and living space. These areas seamlessly flow onto oceanfront terraces that offer breathtaking views of Sapodilla Bay.
The lounge area is furnished with modern pieces, including a spacious wrap-around sofa and high-end fabrics. The architectural staircase takes you up to the third-floor mezzanine, where you'll find a game space equipped with a pool table, card table, reading nook and various games. Down the stairs to the ground floor, there is a home cinema featuring an 82" smart TV, surround sound, and expansive sofa.
The kitchen comes with top-of-the-line appliances, ideal for professional cooks and the complimentary household staff. These include Wolf ovens and stovetops, two Monogram wine cellars, two Subzero fridges and freezers, and exquisite dinnerware, cutlery, and glasses. Equipped for entertaining, this home has a wide range of amenities perfect for groups of friends, large families and corporate retreats.
Additionally, for those with accessibility needs, there is a ramp on the ground level and an elevator that provides easy access to the second floor.

On the second floor, guests can indulge in al fresco dining on the terrace while enjoying breathtaking views of the ocean.
Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a barbecue pavilion equipped with high-quality Wolf and Monogram appliances, and service access windows to the kitchen. Steps lead down to the pool terrace featuring a stunning negative edge infinity pool measuring 500 square feet, complete with comfortable sunbeds and lounge areas. Scenic terraces guide you to the water's edge, where a private dock awaits, featuring an over-the-water hammock, inviting you to suspend in bliss above the crystal clear turquoise waters of Sapodilla Bay.

Bedrooms at La Mer South are located across three levels: sea and garden level, pool level and the main level, and accessible by stairs or elevator.
All bedrooms comprise of standard luxury amenities. They include en-suite bathroom with shower and luxury toiletries, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, flat screen televisions and wireless Sonos audio. Bedrooms 8 and 9 are exceptions with a shared bathroom.
Both Master Bedrooms 1 and 2 at La Mer Villa South feature king beds, double vanity sinks and Master Bedroom 1 has sweeping views of Sapodilla Bay. Bedroom 3 has queen bed and sofa bed. Bedrooms 4, 6 and 7 all have king beds. Bedroom 5 is the children’s bunkhouse with three bunk beds to accommodate up to 6 children. Sofa beds in Master 2, Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 5 convert into full beds to accommodate large parties up to 24.
