Welcome to VILLA DIVINA, a charming and warm luxury villa offering personalized attention and all the necessary comforts for a well-deserved break, whether with family or friends. Villa Divina, with 17,663 square feet of space, is also perfect for large groups, from 16 to 22 people. For groups larger than 16 guests, an additional charge per person applies, starting from the 17th guest.
Villa Divina is located 5 minutes from the Romantic Zone in the exclusive Conchas Chinas area. All rooms have spectacular ocean views from their large and private terraces, as well as access to the infinity pool and jacuzzi, both heated.
Villa Divina offers 24-hour security and a full staff to meet all your needs during your stay, making it the perfect place for your vacation or incentive trips to Puerto Vallarta.
THE ACCOMMODATION:
For your convenience, Villa Divina has an elevator with a capacity for 8 people and a wheelchair ramp, as well as 9 comfortable and spacious bedrooms, all with individual air conditioning units and private bathrooms. Five rooms have a shower and bathtub, and four rooms feature a private jacuzzi. All rooms have Wi-Fi access, cable TV, and Netflix, and for your peace of mind, the rooms are equipped with soundproof windows and electronic locks.
Special services at Villa Divina:
Villa Divina offers an à la carte restaurant and bar service at an additional cost.
Guests also have full access to the on-site gym during their stay. VILLA DIVINA has staff available seven days a week for your convenience. External services or personnel are not allowed. If an exception is authorized, an additional fee will apply.
Meal service included during your stay:
• Breakfast: Served between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
• Lunch: Served between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM.

Dinner service available from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM – $200 USD
Includes a private chef and bartender.
Extended dinner service until 11:59 PM – additional $100 USD
(Only available as an extension of full dinner service.)
Bartender-only service from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM – $100 USD

We are happy to accommodate your needs at any time, with prior request and at an additional cost.
Ingredients are not included in any service; these are paid for by the guest.
Room cleaning service:
At Villa Divina, our housekeeping department performs daily cleaning from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Events:
Hosting events is allowed, subject to an additional fee.
Shopping service:
A dedicated shopper will handle all grocery, wine, and liquor purchases before and during your stay (upon guest deposit). The cost for this service is 10% of the total cost of items + $90 USD fee. At the end of your stay, you will receive an itemized statement along with purchase receipts.
Gratuities:
We aim to exceed your expectations with our service, and we hope you are happy with your choice to stay with us. While tipping is customary in Mexico, it is optional and should reflect the quality of service received. The suggested minimum is $30 USD per guest per night. It is common for guests to place the gratuity in a sealed envelope, which is then distributed among the staff based on assigned percentages.
For example, for a 3-night stay with 16 guests: 3 nights x $30 USD = $90 USD x 16 guests = $1,440 USD. This amount is placed in an envelope and left in Villa Divina’s gratitude chest to be shared among the staff.
Concierge services:
At Villa Divina, we offer full concierge services to assist you during your stay. Your concierge will help plan all aspects of your stay, including airport transportation, meal planning, grocery supply, excursion reservations, private yacht rentals, yoga classes, dance lessons, beauty and spa services (massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures).

Guest access
For security purposes, only guests listed in the reservation will be allowed to enter Villa Divina. We request that you register the exact number of guests included in your reservation and send us the list of guests prior to your arrival.
During your stay, guests will wear an identification bracelet that grants them access to the common areas of the villa and the rented bedrooms. VILLA DIVINA is a private luxury villa with 9 bedrooms and is rented exclusively to one group at a time, meaning you will only share the villa with your group. No external visitors are allowed at Villa Divina. If you expect visitors during your stay, please inform us in advance, as additional charges may apply.
