A lockable bicycle storage room with a battery charging station, which belongs to the apartment, is available!

The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a fan as well as a washing machine. On top of that, a private sauna is also provided for your enjoyment.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Within 40-60 minutes you can reach the most beautiful ski areas (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth).

The cozy apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern furnishings. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.

We welcome you to us in your most beautiful time of the year. Pure relaxation in our quiet and spacious apartment with 55 m². The house is situated in a cul-de-sac with lots of greenery. Throughout the year you can hear the birds chirping and singing. For your relaxation, there is a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, a large living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and direct access to the garden with a nice seating area.
