This house was perfect for our spring break mother daughter trip. The morning sunrise over the bay with a Nespresso coffee on the deck couldn’t be beat! The walk to the beach is so quick and easy and it was nice to be able to use the lounge chairs and bar/food service at Caddy’s. The sunsets from the beach are amazing. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. It was nice having three bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. There is a bedroom on the main floor for guests who may have issues going up the spiral staircase with luggage. Priscilla was so friendly, accommodating and very quick to respond.

We will be staying here again! As a mom of 3 toddlers/infants, this house was SUPERBLY clean and in the best location possible. Everything was walking distance and in the heart of Clearwater Beach. The beach was just steps away and the neighborhood is so beautiful and upscale. Waking up to the water view every morning was a dream. I can't wait to rent this house again!!

We enjoyed exploring the area … especially the beaches that were close by. Our grandchildren enjoyed fishing off the dock. We look forward to our next visit to Florida and definitely would stay here again!!!

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time at this property! The location was perfect - beautiful views, quiet, and a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The home was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, including a slow cooker to make some chili for dinner one night! There were a variety of games that kept us entertained on the one rainy day. The three bedrooms each have an attached bathroom, which was ideal for guests. The garage has an exercise area, lots of beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, towels, coolers, etc.) and bikes. The shared pool is a nice size and has plenty of chaise lounges and chairs. Our favorite was the roof top deck with the hot tub and grill. Again, there is plenty of seating and lovely views from up there. Misty and her team responded within minutes to all of our questions, before we arrived and while we were there. We would highly recommend this property for your stay in Clearwater Beach!

We had a great day John’s place. It was a great secluded little community with a beach on the bay, restaurants and beautiful scenery. My favorite part was the balcony. There is actually a balcony for every bedroom, which I thought was amazing. My husband and in-laws really enjoyed fishing on the pier. My husband took my daughter crabbing off one of the docks and when we were there one day, a dolphin swam underneath the dock and we were so close to it. Both restaurants on the property were great. It is a quiet community so if you like a quiet peaceful stay, this is the community for you. The pool is on the smaller side and there is also is a small Jacuzzi, but it is right on the water and it really is beautiful.

We had a wonderful time! The house and all accommodations were amazing. Awesome quiet location with everything that we needed, safe neighborhood. We were able to sit in the backyard and watch the manatees and able to relax and unwind in the hot tub. Host went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, was quick to respond to questions and reached out to us to see if we had questions and offer suggestions. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again!
