The place was spacious and the home was kid-friendly. Great amenities for a family vacation :) A very responsive host who is very understanding.

Communication prior to the stay was prompt and efficient. Kathy was super helpful in accommodating to my needs (I had asked if I could send her a cake prior to my arrival) and super friendly. The apartment was clean and spacious. Kathy graciously allowed an earlier check in and later check out. I recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in Jioaxi!

離羅東夜市超級近，買完回民宿坐下來吃吃喝喝，廚房用具也很齊全～ 附近有停車場供停車，從第一天下午4點多倒隔天10點多，收費只要90元！！雖然走路要將近10分鐘，但很划！ 房東也很貼心，入住前還會幫忙看住宿附近街道有無活動影響停車～

這次取消外國旅程去宜蘭放鬆，沒想到就遇到這麼棒的物件！大樓很漂亮，進去房間後空間很大，香香的味道很舒服，乾淨且溫馨。 最棒的是有溫泉不但熱度夠也可以放鬆。 地點很好，有車的話非常推薦！ 如果開車來宜蘭要住不論一天或多天都非常推薦這邊。 Cyrus也隨時提供協助排除問題～

The place was great - just like in the pictures. Check-in was smooth, and the location is very convenient. Definitely recommend staying here!

We enjoyed the place, it’s very convenient with bus stop, convenient stores, bikes, and supermarket around. The place was very clean and the host was very responsive, helpful, and friendly the whole time. The house included all the necessary equipment and supplies to stay there like AC, wifi, heater, dehumidifier, kitchen appliances, towels, and bed sheets. I would definitely recommend the place and stay there if needed in the future :)

生活機能便利，鄰近超市、洗衣店，免費停車空間附近可以找到，房間有暖氣冬天不冷，房東很親切，引導說明很仔細，入住和退房的時間彈性方便。熱水夠熱只是沒辦法泡澡，最可惜的是床太硬了，覺得不舒適，其他都非常喜歡。

Leo's place is indeed a home away from home. It's old yet homey! Very clean, no smell. Spacious and minimalist, yet the basics that are needed for a comfortable stay is provided. The best part is it's walking distance, the brown line MRT station (Linguang) about 5 minute-walk only. And 7-11 is just 2 minute-walk away! Leo the host, even went an extra mile by helping us with our luggage (we were not expecting it). He is such a super amazing host. We will not hesitate to stay here again when we come back! Thank you Leo!

海景真的很棒，整體來說是令人放鬆的地方，房東很貼心的提供酒精，這點真的很棒，我們大部分時間都在房源內休息，周圍沒有噪音，房東也會給予詳細的入住指南，這棟建築幾乎是每次來宜蘭必住👍

客廳很大，有辦活動的話很足夠；廚房稍微小了點；房間配置都是單人床，對於團體旅遊來說很好；有問題告知房東會立即處理，步行可達便利商店及捷運站，很方便。

Great location, accessible to metro and airport express bus station. The appartement sits in the middle of two distinct neighborhoods: the most modern part of Taipei (shopping malls, conference center, fancy restaurants) and the traditional, cozy and busy side of Taipei (food stands and artisanal shops in small narrow alleys). I really enjoyed my stay.

Nice updated place. Would stay again.

This unit is in the perfect location. It is a 15 minute walk to the Taipei 101 district with multiple stores, restaurants and attractions. Also there is an mrt stop an easy 5 minute walk away. The area is private and peaceful. The unit was as advertised and although it is small, had all the amenities needed for the two of us for our two week stay. The in unit laundry was very handy, we made good use of it. The host was very responsive, and was available any time we reached out. We used the driver our host recommended to pick us up and return us to the airport. We would highly recommend this service for convenience and peace of mind. He was friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. We recommend this unit, and would definitely stay here in the future.

整體非常乾淨 非常美的房間！ 唯一比較可惜的是Netflix當當的 沒辦法正常觀看 一直變成暫停 只能中斷還沒看完的影片去睡覺！

溫泉很舒服，水量夠大放得很快，位置很方便！

Allen was a pleasant host. He communicated clearly and with great care. We really enjoyed our time in his property.🌼
