An architecturally sleek, light-filled apartment surrounded by meadows, forest, and mountains—modern, stylish, and consciously minimalist. Here, you will stay in the middle of nature, with maximum privacy and a mountain panorama. In the garden, there is a wooden sauna with sweeping views over the deer enclosure and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on a small organic farm that I run according to permaculture principles. There are deer in the meadows, as well as chickens, bees, cats, and a fish pond.

Schiffmeisterhaus Atelier Donaublick

The studio is located in historic Schiffmeisterhaus directly by river and offers beautiful views of Danube. Shops cafés and restaurants in the historic city center are just a few minutes’ walk away. Situated right next to the police academy, the studio is in a particularly safe environment. The Danube cycling path runs directly past the building, while nearby swimming spots along the Danube invite you to relax and cool off in summer. Bicycle storage and e-bike charging facilities are available.

The colors of the building reflect the landscape and the refined architecture makes the building appear much larger than it actually is. The sunny location right on the bank of the wild river overlooking the majestic peaks of the Gesäuse is unique. You can also dock kayaks directly at the property.
