In the kitchen you will find everything you need for both a longer and shorter stay: coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, stove with ceramic hob, convection oven, dishes, cutlery, pots, bread machine, fridge (without freezer compartment), dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a disabled fair shower ,wall toilet & a large washbasin. The price includes all costs, such as bed linen, towels, final cleaning..In the outdoor area, a sitting area on the yard and a covered area in the garden with outdoor furniture and charcoal grill invite you to linger. We would like to welcome you to our cozy and green apartment in the Pleißa district. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly get to cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Western Ore Mountains. Chemnitz City can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.
