Vacation rentals with beach access in Lumio

Margaux's apartment was emaculate. The balcony had a beautiful view of the mountains. It was the perfect quiet location for my stay with my partner and 1.5 year old son. The parking space easy to access and the bed (and sofa bed) are comfortable. Margaux is a super warm, friendly and responsive host. She gave us lots of recommendations and even offered to contact a babysitter for us. The apartment is a short drive but a long walk away from town and any restaurants so having a car was necessary.

We had a great time at Samuel's place. The residence is very quiet at this time of year. After a small problem in the shower room, Samuel was very responsive to resolve it as quickly as possible. The apartment is very functional with a beautiful terrace. We would recommend Samuel's apartment without hesitation.

Excellent apartment! Very well placed: sublime beach 1 min, shops 3 min, port and center of Calvi 5 min, all on foot! Beautiful view of Calvi Bay, beautiful terrace, quiet, spacious and very clean apartment, Caroline's welcome is very nice. Parking is a real advantage. We're ready to come back next year. We recommend 200%.

Excellent stay in Sara & François' apartment: a dream place, within the citadel, with stunning sea views, perfect for a mid-season rental for its tranquility. The entire apartment is new, all the rooms are pleasant to live in. It is a place that you will fully enjoy if you have no difficulty with the stairs of the citadel (moreover, the building is equipped with an elevator). Suitable for one person or couple. Unforgettable stay guaranteed, especially thanks to Laetitia, who will be your intermediary during your stay in Calvi, whose professionalism and listening skills are impeccable.

You can't get tired of the different sunsets. Apartment in a secure residence 2 steps from a small beach. The city center is within easy walking distance. Very nice stay. Recommended. (For a month of May, the pool - unheated - was too cold for a short swim).

Great stay in Corsica at Reka's place. The apartment is located close to shops, the citadel and the beautiful beach of Calvi. The accommodation is very clean, with a nice terrace, very well-equipped and as described. Réka and David are super responsive. I would highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved our stay at Marie and Mathias’ place. The house is so stylish and well appointed but also very homely and has everything you need (including all cooking utensils etc). We loved having dinner on the rooftop looking across the valley and surrounded by birdsong. The location was perfect for us - we enjoyed walking the first section of the GR20 and cycling on the GT20, both from the door. We stopped off in Calvi for supplies but the Spar in Calenzana (20 min walk away) had everything we needed, so we didn’t use our car for the whole three night stay. Perfect! An FYI - we decided to sleep on the middle floor which does not have air conditioning so as to avoid stairs to the bathroom during the night. This bedroom is not air conditioned but we kept the shutters closed during the day to keep the room cool and there’s a fan which can also be used. This worked well! Completely recommend if you’re looking peace and quiet, and time outside!

Everything perfect: huge terrace with fantastic sea view incl. Sunset. Apartment and terrace tastefully furnished down to the last detail. The journey to Porto is quite long and sporty over winding roads. If you are there, the surrounding area also offers a lot , especially hiking and boat tours . Beach for swimming 5 min walk (very rocky ) Melissa was always easily accessible , everything very straightforward. The beautiful jewelry shop of her family right below the property is a nice meeting place. Great !!!

We had a perfect stay at Livia’s very wonderful and beautiful house, with a very stylish interior design, fully equipped rooms, bathrooms and kitchen and a beautiful outside area. Parking is easy, it’s close to the beach and daily trips around the norther part of Corsica. All in all the perfect experience.

The welcome was very warm and we had a wonderful stay. We were on the island at Pentecost and most of the surrounding houses were not inhabited and it was very quiet. The area is fantastic and Philippe had great tips for us for excursions, beaches and hiking. Thank you!

Maud and Laetitia were warm and extremely friendly hosts. The communication worked perfectly and if we had a question, it was answered quickly. The interior design is very tastefully arranged and Laetitia had thought of everything and more when setting it up; even a selection of sun hats. What we liked the most (besides the breathtaking terrace overlooking the sea) was the absolute privacy, the tranquility and of course the direct path down to our own little bathing bay. Everything was as described in the ad. Particularly recommended is the direct location by the sea.

The garden and the view out to the sea make this place spectacular. We saw some amazing sunsets from the terrace and played pentanque in the garden. Christian was helpful and kind and they provided us with vegetables from the garden and other local treats. It's a quick drive into Ile Rousse with its lovely white sand beach, central square and restaurants. Calvi (another great beach, old town and citadel) is an easy drive down the coast. If you don't want to drive you can take the train that stops at all the beaches along the coast. And then there are the magnificent mountains for walking and river swimming.

The location of the accommodation is fantastic. The apartment is quiet and has a large terrace overlooking the sea. We watched beautiful sunsets. The place itself is fine for two people. The living room with kitchen only has a narrow kitchen counter, an additional folding table or a coffee table in the living room would be quite convenient if you can't use the terrace in bad weather. Having a washing machine was very comfortable. The communication with Catherine went very well, she responded quickly to our messages - all very easy and hassle-free. In front of the apartment is enough space to park the car.

The accommodation, spacious and impeccably clean, is ideally located for visiting the Balagne (not to mention the magnificent view from the terrace!!!). Our host was very welcoming and available.

Floriane's place is very conveniently located, close to the center and the train station (10-minute walk). It's small but very functional and well-equipped. We recommend this host.

Check-in was smooth although we never met Bruno. The apartment is on the second floor, sufficiently large, clean and well equipped. The balcony is spacious and offers a beautiful view of the bay and the old town. There is a beach, restaurants and shopping nearby, the center is about a 20-minute walk. All in all a recommendation.

A true haven of peace!! We are back from a week spent in Corinne's apartment! A quiet and green place, a stone's throw from the sea, a very beautiful terrace. The apartment is impeccable, very well arranged and perfectly maintained and equipped! Convenience stores at the Marina, a stop for the famous Balagne train 5 minutes from the apartment! Corinne is very responsive and the concierge service is very friendly! In short, you can go there without so much as a second thought! We'll come back for sure!

We had a pleasant stay. Very well received. The property is in a great location. 10 min on foot from beach. The pool is very nice and well kept ideal for relaxing. The accommodation is clean and cosy. We recommend. And maybe see you soon

We, a couple and one child, stayed for one week in this apartment, which is part of a small cluster of apartments near the sea. Hélène met us on arrival and showed us in — she was very helpful and always responsive throughout our stay. The apartment is small but cozy and had everything we needed. The view of the Mediterranean from the apartment is amazing. Although it was too cold to swim in the pool in April, it looked very clean and well maintained. We swam and snorkeled (with wetsuits) at the small beach just a stone’s throw from the apartment and enjoyed hiking on the beautiful coastal trail nearby. Calvi’s charming old town is only a five-minute walk away, with its delicious restaurants, cafés, and shops. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend staying here. Enjoy Corsica!
